優勢∶
①便利性：距離中山醫院近，步行3-5分鐘。周邊餐飲多，小炒、麥當勞、食堂菜都有。出門左手邊喜士多便利店、醫療器械商店，右手邊京東大葯房，都很方便。拱形騎樓結構，下雨天都不用撐傘出門，超級好。
②服務：前台、客房、維修各部門響應速度快，溝通積極、順暢，能體諒就醫住客的需求，比較靈活。
③設施：房間面積比較大，放住院打包東西夠，沙發座椅都有，不睡覺時坐躺比較方便。
空調功率大，響應快，無異味，入住期間有見過阿姨做其他客房的濾網保潔。
衞生間上下水通暢，無漏水，淋浴水流大。
房間窗户很大有兩層，外層設了安全卡扣，內層有紗窗，安全和通風都有保障，兩層都關上時能基本克服斜土路夜裡的急救車聲。
電梯需要刷卡才能上到指定樓層，挺安全。
樓道整潔、通風良好、敞亮。
待改進：傢俱有點舊，衣櫥窄，掛冬裝不太夠。
普通大床房沒有冰箱，不提供潤膚露。
垃圾桶有些污漬無法通過保潔實現清理的，建議換新。

空調沒有效果，讓前台送床被子，順便讓師傅看一下空調。我們加了被子，但是並不知道師傅把空調温度調到了三十度。蓋着兩床被子的我，直接半夜捂出一身汗……本來就有點感冒，一下冷（被子薄如蟬翼）一下熱（空調三十度），我直接傻了……
看着是全季才定的酒店，因為去過很多城市的全季都很不錯。但是這個全季真的讓人驚掉下巴。裝修舊能忍受，但是牆面櫃子都已經爛掉了也不修復。這樣的酒店軟件服務沒有動腦，硬件也這麼差，是怎麼在上海生存的？你要説它收費低啊，我定的時候是不貴，但是我昨天看網上，最便宜價格四百多。四百多住這樣的配套服務，也真是魔都大城市，包容性強。一個字，服。
