環境不錯，老闆也很好，因為在網上訂不到房間，衹有一個大床房，到店老闆免費給我們兩個人升級了舒適房，很贊。附近整體來説不錯，樓下就是公交，吃飯都很方便。

排氣扇壞的，前台電話不接的，還一副臭臉像欠他多還他少的樣子對待客人，根本不像行業該有的起碼樣子，所以原本訂了4天，住了2天忍不住退房了，非常差的體驗！

房間陳設不算很新但很乾凈。背靠小區，面向大路，周圍有很多飯店，吃飯很方便。車子需要停在小區，並向小區保安繳費十元，超過25小時要追加收費。沒有電梯需要爬樓，樓梯扶手鬆動厲害，老年人上下要小心。建議老闆把扶手加固一下。

離莘莊不遠，大概兩公里多，門口有公交站，旁邊有很多飯店和小超市，生活非常方便，房間比較小，但東西齊全，可能是老裝修的緣故，房間裏有異味，如果處理好還是不錯的。

老闆人很不錯，本來訂了個單人間我們兩個人睡，看我們睡不下特地給我們在不加錢的情況下給改了個房間，因為來到上海找工作住酒店住的也沒有錢了，環境衞生很好，可以選擇入住，非常的感謝老闆
