賓館地理位置好，鬧中取靜，出行就餐都很方便。因為家裡刷牆，父母連住了10天，前台和保安師傅都很客氣，長者住得很滿意。

設施：齊全
衞生：每一處都乾淨整潔 房間也是一塵不染。
環境：周圍交通便利 就在路口很好找。
服務：保安大叔非常盡責 無論我們多晚回酒店，他都幫我們開房門 有時候房卡沒帶的時候。

賓館是比較老式的裝修，但看得出在當年也算比較考究的。衹是現在處處透着年代感
衞生也還可以，就是廁所淋浴水壓太強，感覺拿着個水槍在洗澡，有點痛苦啊，洗完發現水也漏得到處都是，這個還是要檢修一下。
其他都還可以，前台也很盡責，每個進出的人都會詢問一下幾號房的，外賣也不能隨意進出大樓，感覺比較安全

我覺得房間不錯，是政府性質的招待所，房間很寬敞，窗户很大，很通風。床墊不硬不軟很舒服。衹有裝修有點修，但設施還行。
