環境一般，被子還不乾淨，幸好帶了一次性四件套，不然都沒得睡，熱水也不夠，半夜沒電，早上被冷醒了，找了房東後讓去找保安後才搞好的，也不知道是啥情況。第二天連熱水都沒有，開發票也麻煩，至今都沒開好，房東又説他自己開不了，這是住得最差的一次民宿，嚇得我後面都訂四季酒店，雖然要訂兩個房間，也差不多這個價，最起碼住得放心舒心。

説實話，位置非常不錯，服務態度也可以，就是裝修太舊了，窗簾不遮光，洗手間裝修和衞生都差點，如果重新裝修一下，品質再提高點，我覺得小兩千的價格都是可以接受的！反正我肯定會來😄

房子很不錯，和圖片上基本一樣，晚上可以看到東方明珠外灘美景～
但房東比較忙，回消息很緩慢，此點建議改進會更好～

臨江 近外灘 10幾年前修建的高層 妥妥的千萬級豪宅 裝修舊了點 有家的感覺。本來在外面吃飯 都忍不住就做了幾天早餐 房間通風非常好 6月底 開窗就很涼快（空調老了點 自然通風就很爽了）。去外灘 豫園都是自行車或步行可達 周圍公交地鐵也方便 小超市 餐廳也不遠 。推薦家庭出遊住宿 。照片和實物符合 。比杭州選的同價位民宿好10倍 。
