當時到達酒店的時候，一位男員工和幾位女員均無任何問候語，一臉茫然地看着我們，還是我自己來説，“你好，我們預訂了房間。” 對方才有了反應。前台在給房卡的同時還給了一張小廣告，這…沒必要的。在房間打電話問如何連接網絡，電話結束的時候工作人員説：“沒什麼問題我這掛了啊”
這些話術明顯欠缺培訓。
樓層標牌非常不清晰，提醒一下房間窗外是鋼架的，而且我看了別人的點評和照片，高級大床房裡面有一個小座位，我這間一邊靠牆，一邊衹有牀頭櫃，大小不符合照片，衹能説這個酒店房間完成了它的留宿作用。
另外在辦入住的時候也很少有交流，由於我們是護照辦理入住，工作人員明顯很生疏，一頁頁翻看尋找訊息，我想説大可以直接問我們，護照訊息頁簽證頁的訊息。入住期間我們又經過前台發現有其他客人也用了護照辦理，前台人員依然是非常茫然面無表情一頁頁翻看。

再次入住漢庭酒店都是同樣的感受，前台服務很好，幫着停車等，衞生好，而且現在的床品不錯，休息了很舒服，出行一如既往住漢庭，期待有更多新的改觀

1，位置比較好，離外灘2點多k'm，騎車就能過去。房間還算乾淨，這點比較好。
2，房間窗户特別小，外面也打不開，有圍欄，這點不好，可以看圖片。
3，存行李免費，這點挺好的，服務還不錯。
4，最後，最重要的是，衞生間的門不是密閉的，空隙很大，上了廁所味道散在整個房間裏，而且一直有味道，因為整個房間有點密閉，這點非常不好。非常不好，我感覺整晚都一直有味道，伴隨着那個味道入睡的。

很乾凈，設備齊全，地理位置方便，距離服裝市場和購物商圈都很近。出差旅遊都適合住這裏。前台服務也很細緻，正逢下雨還可以提供雨傘。去逛了一下今潮8⃣️弄，步行幾分鐘，附近可吃的美食也很多，特別方便。下次出差還會再住。

服務熱情周到，衞生乾淨，交通方便，去外灘很方便步行20分鐘就能到外灘，一路上蘇州河的風景也很漂亮，對比南京路附近的酒店性價比很高，價格還比南京路的便宜，房間還很新，有免費的洗衣房和送物機器人超級方便。

垃圾的要死，4.5點隔壁還穿個高跟鞋走來走去，讓客服聯繫前台，2點之前不要敲門。結果每天12點左右一定要敲門。還狡辯説來送水。
