The place is really nice. It had lots of activities or relaxation areas on the first floor. The rooms are also quite nice.

Location is very good. In the middle of the city and very close to the metro line 2 station. Can easily explore Shanghai.
The breakfast is very good, a mix of Chinese food and western food. A lot of foreign visitors.

Nice stay overall. Good facilities, and a large lobby to hang out in. The room was comfortable enough and well designed. Breakfast was excellent though! Nice fresh bread and croissants. Good location too!

I accidentally booked the wrong hotel. Same branch but different location and with amazing help of reception lady it was sorted and fixed within 30 mins. Amazing service. Fantastic buffet breakfast and lovely staff. It’s my home base in Hing an Shanghai!!! Thanks so much

Well located in shanghai.. this hotel is a nice option for a short stay and not business related if you need to work in the room. If you don’t like futon bed … well do not book it. The breakfast is quite nice and tasty with European options. Nice selection of breads.

Fantastic location! Quiet, easy to access for those who are not familiar with the expanse of ShangHai, and brilliantly located right on the edge of lovely Jing’An, near a host of great coffee shops, bars and international eateries. The room was so comfortable, everything you might need was exactly where you’d expect to find it and all for a very reasonable price. Save the details, you’ll want to stay here again.

The hotel is in a brilliant location. Very close to the underground and Jing’an Temple. I have been staying at this hotel regularly for the past 5 years and service has always been good. Only complaint I have is that there have been no renovations or improvements made to the rooms over the past 5 years and the ware and tear is starting to show.

Quite good for this price. Great for quiet sleep.
Very convenient location in the heart of Shanghai near Jing'an temple (see the picture), walking distance to metro station.
There is a laundry room in the hotel.
