一次非常差的住宿體驗！洗澡沒熱水！水龍頭放水放不出來，熱水器一會兒點火，一會兒不點火，出水很小，大部分是冷水！極差極差！

除非衹是晚上回來睡個覺，否則近期（2023年內）不推薦這家服務公寓，主要是臨近有處工地在施工，白天很吵。如果自己沒有做飯炒菜的需要，住這個公寓的一室一廳的理由就不太充分：廳裏沒有書桌，衹有個園餐桌、小吧枱和一個配沙發的小茶几。餐桌椅和沙發都顯得有些陳舊了，衞生間設施也很一般，總之常住與短住的理賣點都不充分。最後，這個公寓的入口縮在兩旁房屋的裏面，不起眼，沒來過的人不易找到，手機導航的入口位置也不準確，問附近的房屋中間小夥兒都不知道。一定要找到圖2的綠色招牌才容易發現。估計是散租的客房，還正好趕上隔壁房間在裝修，樓道衞生也不行。

非常糟糕的一次入住體驗，實際就是一個公寓樓裏面有一些房間，房間看上去像是之前的精裝房有人長租以後退出來的。房間內的設施很久，上一個客人走了有垃圾沒有打擾乾淨。主要是對不起這麼貴的房價，也就是因為湊合一晚上離公司近。否則這個價格住五星比這個不知道要好多錢。
