The newly opened Hyatt has good hardware facilities and beautiful design. If you are a traveler, the current price of just over 1k, the hardware and the location are cost-effective. But there are a few very problematic areas! First, the service attitude is not good (only at the front desk). The service attitude of other hotel staff is online, but the service attitude of the hotel's front desk, including the manager, is very lacking. Including when checking in and checking out, the attitude towards receiving customers is cold. Secondly, when checking out, they were not told when the deposit would be returned. After many days of no response, I called the hotel to ask why the deposit was not returned, and clearly informed the hotel that, regardless of whether the deposit was refunded or not, they would at least respond to my current question. But after 24 hours, I did not receive any form of reply (during this period, I even contacted the hotel through Ctrip). Personally, I think that deposit refund is a very small thing and the amount is not large, but not informing the customer of the basic situation and not responding to the customer's request is a very unprofessional thing. Third, the room is not well soundproofed and the sound from the corridor is very clear. No matter morning or evening, as long as someone opens or closes the door on this floor, the sound can be heard in the room.

One of the main front desk seems to be in charge. The service attitude is not so good. I booked it twice on Ctrip. It was booked for the second time. I didn’t know if I was not booked or she didn’t want me to be there. On Ctrip, there is also a small and ugly waiter who just talks so I feel that I feel like I owe her money. The front desk service is very important, but whoever comes to stay for the second time with your attitude 🔔Service

The layout of the house is the same as the picture display. The decoration is very good, quite new and clean. The bedding and towels are also very comfortable. I like this style of house very much, better than I thought.
Dikai Select Hotel (Shanghai Hongqiao Road Subway Station)

The traffic is very convenient. I walked for a section of Line 10 and Line 4. I lived for 5 days. The room is quite small. But you can live. There is no smell and it is very clean. Every day, the cleaning aunt cleans up. The only thing is that the sound insulation is poor. The sound of snoring next door in the middle of the night is clear. However, this price can be set in Shanghai for more than 200 nights in advance. It's okay. I have a chance to come and see it next time. Overall, it’s quite satisfactory. The bed is quite big. The backrest has a lot of head oil. Haha.

The room is nice and clean. The computer runs smoothly and you can play chicken games with no problem. The location of the hotel is also very good. You can go to the Bund or Hongqiao. I will come back next time.
Yunhai Electric Sports Hotel (Yan'an West Road Subway Station)

Stayed here for one night with friends, unexpectedly very good, the price is the lowest around. But the traffic is very convenient, crossing an overpass is the subway station. The environment is actually okay. After entering, there is a big window. When there is light, the lighting is very good. The residential area is very far away from the window. The curtains with a sense of time and design can not be seen at all. The water is quite warm, the air conditioner is also very warm, and the room is warm. The TV is a smart TV and can also cast screens. Although the facilities look rudimentary, they are actually quite clean, I like it very much, and I will come next time. Takeaway can be delivered upstairs, it feels very convenient! In short, I am very satisfied, because it is super quiet towards the residential area.
