Budget hotel, clean, small room, average internet speed, got vending machine for snack, no coffee maker, just hot water outside, ample public car park.

Clean nice hotel. Easy to find food as there a few restaurants including Chinese, Malay and Indian food.

Good services, staff helpfully, room services ok, maybe need to improve in terms of provide iron in every floor, provide some tea coffee and sugar in the rooms.. totally okay and will repeat soon!!
