checkin process is time consuming and complicated.

Honestly, it was a below average experience for me. I've had issue with couple of things during my visit. These includes getting to the location(confusing entrance for first-timer, please add driving instruction to the location next time). Also had issues with the process of checking in to the residence and finding parking space. In terms of cleanliness, my skin felt itchy after sleeping on the bed for a night. TV also have very limited channels. Hope this can be improved in the future.

No shower gel, no welcoming kit like coffee/sugar/3in1 sachet, Furniture with some spot of milk drop. Overall just for a place to sleep overnight due to startegic location especially during UITM convo.. not to expect more.

This hotel is located near to icity mall..considered strategic too for tourist..really spacious at affordable price. U will experience like your own home

Condition was very bad, not as photos. TV not working as using streaming, can't really watch because line was bad. Condition was done, smelly and not cleaned up properly
