Super 8 by Wyndham Harbison/Parkridge Hospital

The people next door to us was very inconsistent by being very loud when they was *********** to each other an my 5 year old son got woke up to them being very loud.

Nice hotel. All wa as expected

The room was not clean. There was soap left in the shower. The toilet was clogged when we got there and was not addressed our whole night day. We left with the toilet clock and no service or anything was offered at the front desk. Please get

Staff was horrible, did not stay the last night of stay. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Will be last time I ever stay at that establishment.

We chose Wyndham trusting the quality of the name, but it was the worst and dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in our lives. When we first checked in, we arrived an hour early, the woman at the reception said that the room would be ready in 1 hour. Since we arrived early anyway, we gladly accepted and waited outside the hotel. When we came back 1 hour later there was another man at the reception. He said that the room would be ready at 2 (the previous woman said 1 hour) but if we paid the price difference, he said that he would upgrade us to a room in a higher category and that the room was ready. His mannerisms were not polite at all. We accepted because we had come from a long way and were very tired. We got the room by paying the price difference. This room, for which we paid money, was the dirtiest and most neglected room we have ever seen in our lives. towels, duvet, pillows were all stained. the bathroom was very dirty. We immediately asked for the sheets and towels to be changed, but only the sheets were changed (they were not clean enough either). Everything was disappointing in the hotel where we would only stay for 1 night. Doesn't suit the Wyndham name at all!!!

Recent renovation puts fresh paint on a little run down. Common areas and windows and doors dirty.

The hotel had a stench before I even walked through the front door. First room I was given had not been fully cleaned and had to get a different room. Television didn’t work, air conditioner was moldy and had what appeared to be a carpet freshener powdered sprinkled all over it. Window was busted, mattress on a metal frame that slid all over.

The hotel was decent for what I needed it for. Yet the walls were a bit dirty with stains and smudges and it showed since the walls are white. Could have been painted over at least, but overall fitting and very comfortable bed being a last minute decision.

It was ez off, ez on for the interstate. Stay was quiet. However, our room had deficiencies. The toilet seat is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!! Barely attached to the toilet and needs immediate repair. Also, the recently installed wood flooring is buckling causing a trip hazard. I understand that we paid a lower rate, but c'mon. Simple safety issues and mainenance should NEVER be overlooked.
