Spectacular location in a quiet area of camp de mar. Great staff, spacious room, big balconies with garden and sea views, tranquil pool area and indoor pool with spa facilities. The hotel is the perfect blend of rustic spanish and modern. You can walk down to the rocky beach area or take the promenade to camp de mar beach which is lovely in the evenings. If you want to eat/ drink at the illetas restaurant on the small island, you need to book in advance, but its worth it just for the views. We went self catering and did not use the buffet restaurant, but would highly recommend the onsite restaurant with amazing views and delicious desserts. The cortado coffee here was good but did not open until 11am, there is a Nescafé coffee machine in room, you can buy the pods in the shop next to reception. Would highly recommend this hotel for families who want to relax and and avoid the crowds, the ambience here was spot on so don’t expect loud music and kids clubs, our 3 and 8 year old loved it here at the pool, while we could sit back and watch boats sail by! None of us wanted to leave! Tip: Eat out in Port Andratx, 10mins away by car, amazing sunset restaurants along the harbour and a Lidl and Marcedona supermarket in nearby peguera for essentials Nice little beach in cala fornells, bring a snorkeling mask

Camp de Mar is a quiet place, the hotel is easily accessible (us with the A 11 bus) from Mallorca airport. The structure is not new but has been well renovated and above all very clean. The all-inclusive formula used by many hotels certainly takes away some of the quality of the meals. But there was a large selection of fruit, bread, cereals, juices, smoothies, and many other things at breakfast. For lunch and dinner I'm a little more reserved, but when I saw what some people put on their plates (fruit, meat and desserts together) I think it's better to be satisfied with the variety of foods offered. The deckchair area by the sea is too beautiful ( :—)) paid deckchairs ) but a marvel. Not a very large room but ours had a frontal sea view, a fairytale. Very pleasant bed linen and dream mattress (no back pain when waking up). Gym not up to the standard of a Hyatt.

We enjoyed our 5 nights at this small friendly hotel. All the staff are exemplary & go above and beyond to make everything as enjoyable as possible. There is a warm greeting at breakfast and we found it excellent value for money. Drunks & poolside lunches from the pool bar are lovely and very reasonable. Yes there is a little noise from the road by the pool but we really didn't notice it as the pool area is lovely with a relaxing vibe. The loungers by the pool are super comfy. The rooms are not huge but very nicely appointed - you have everything you need & location is excellent for the harbour. A couple of pointers would be that we didn't enjoy being next to smokers by the pool or getting a face full from those vaping next to you - there aren't so many poolside beds - so options there were limited. Would be nicer if there was a designated smoking area. Lastly not one English TV channel - whilst we don't travel to watch TV whilst away we would have like to have viewed some of the Olympics whilst away with English commentary. We found it surprising as theres a high percentage of UK at this hotel. Thank you to everyone - we will be rebooking for next year as it was so chilled & enjoyable. .

We used this hotel as a base for exploring the west coast of Mallorca on our motorbike. We had a good size room overlooking the pool with a comfortable bed and a nice sized bathroom. They even suggested parking our bike in the garage, which was nice. We stayed half board and found the food choice to be good for both breakfast and dinner, even providing an early breakfast on the day we left. All the staff were very friendly and helpful

If you work in the hospitality industry, and you want to know how to provide the best service possible, then visit this wonderful hotel! Beautiful place in perfectly tranquil setting. The team is exceptional. From the first interaction on email with the wonderful Antonia to the final warm farewell, nothing was a problem. We had a junior suite which was lovely and spacious. Breakfast lovely, lots to choose from. We had planned to explore the area in the evening but ended up heating in the restaurant every night as it was so good. Providing a simple and free buffet for guests between one and 3 pm is a lovely touch. Hope to return soon.

It was the last week of the season and I travelled with a hiking group. The inside wellness area is clean and the treatment I had was pretty good. My room in the old part of the house was a nice one but had always a damp feeling as November's night's humidity could be felt in the room. Neither the A/C nor the towel heater in the bathroom produced heat (acc. to the reception staff, too early to start ????) A portable little radiator was offered and used instead. The construction's work at the oudoor pool started 1 day after arrival with loud noise. As the hotel apparently closed down their business the week after, I wonder why they couldn't start with the renovation accordingly. For dinner there was a starter and dessert buffet offered and the main course to be ordered à la carte. As I'm not up for starters and dessert, I can only judge the main courses and it was below average if it comes to quality and appearance. The service was overwhelmed with such a big group. And if all challenges they faced if it comes to take drink orders can be blamed on the new app used, I can't judge, but one staff took the orders and another one delivered and it was most of the times a joke to watch the discussions and time it needed. The main course food was always a kind of ”surprise”, either poor quality, no consistency (one day the meat/portion was double the size then the day before), the Paella looked on all plates different too, from hard boiled rice, to brown/orange colors, the quantity of e.g. mussels varied from 1 (for decoration?) to 6 on each plate, the pasta with seafood lacked the seafood (processed crab meat and 1 tiny shrimp only). Usually I'm not that picky but a 4* hotel should do better and as they deal with hiking groups all over the year I hope they're capable of. I've stayed in this hotel before and had chosen it because of my good experience, even recommended it to friends. But this time I was really disappointed.
