If you just want to sleep, I guess it’s okay. The room is acceptable. You have space to walk and put your luggage.
The hotel is a far from city center. It is near Gimpo Airport. Neignborhood is safe and across the street, there is a police station. Around 5-7mins walk from Yapyeong Station.

Pro: it's close to the subway station. There is a mashing machine and dryer in the property. The room is quite spacious.
Cons: the toilet smells (my partner and I both agreed there was a strong smell) and we reported to the reception, a member of staff came up and said he couldn't smell it (but he cleaned it anyways,but still smells after the disinfectant smells faded out). The cup in the bathroom is not cleaned (as shown in the picture, I thought it was scratch at first, then when I touched it, it is gel/cream ish)The TV was hard to operate, it even took the staff awhile to get to the channel.

Good Location, Friendly Staff, Room Needs Improvement
The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful, with good English communication skills. They were also accommodating to my specific room requests.
The room itself was nicely appointed, but unfortunately, the room temperature was too warm, fixed at 27 degrees Celsius with no option to adjust the heater. This made for an uncomfortable stay, especially at night. Additionally, the bathroom layout, while suitable for solo travelers, would likely be inconvenient for couples due to the lack of a separate door for the toilet area. There's no bidet, which was a bit disappointing. I think the hotel would benefit from upgrading to automated toilets for a more modern and convenient experience.

I had an amazing stay at Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Times Square! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Times Square with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation.
The room was clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect after a long day of exploring Seoul, and the city view from the window added a special touch to the experience.
The service was outstanding. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. I especially appreciated the seamless check-in and check-out process.

The hotel has a great location, close to Yeouido subway station and Hyundai Department Store. Upon arrival, the staff proactively helped with our luggage. The front desk staff provided excellent service and were very polite. Due to not having a local credit card and accout issue, we couldn't use the app to book a taxi, but the staff promptly helped us with this. The view from the hotel window is excellent, with a clear sight of the Han River. The hotel uses Le Labo 31 amentities. However, the cleanliness needs improvement. Some areas has quite a bit of dust buildup, and the housekeeping staff placed our personal toothbrush directly on the counter, which made us uncomfortable as the toothbrush directly touched the surface.If we visit Seoul again in the future, I will still consider choosing Fairmont.

Conveniently located next to IFC mall. There is a walkway at L1 that leads you directly to the mall with many high end stores. However, I am not quite happy with their pool. Half of the pool is blocked for play. There are about 20-30 kids there. I doubt they are all hotel guests. The remaining two lanes are ”members only,” and ”laps.” I am not sure what kind of membership you need to be able to swim on the members only lane. That lane is usually not occupied. The lap lane is busy. People jump in and out wihtout notifying the people alreay in the lane. I hit severl people by accident because of the lack of warning. When I asked whether I can use the members only lane. I was told no. Again, I am a paying guest for the hotel. Why can't I use the members only lane? In addition, they have to clean the pool every two hours for 15 minutes (pool is closed during the cleaning). I have never seen a pool that needs cleaning every two hours. Very poor management there.

Good location and clean room comfy bed. Everything was quite good. Gym was not available for hotel guests but for private gym guests only with super loud music. That was a minus. Better let people know and take gym photo down from amenity list. Otherwise it is a good place to stay.

I was very happy with the hotel till check out time.
They insist that I overstayed and wants me to pay additional 11k won.
I told them it's a miscommunication because room was not ready and we checked in very late, about 8+ pm. I requested to check out slightly later, 11am and counter staff noted.
I was ready to check out at 10am but had the impression that I can check out slightly later. We check out immediately when they called us about 10.30am.
It's a small amount but the staff could have been more polite to explain their policies.

The location of the apartment is convenient as it is situated near a convenience store and several restaurants. Additionally, it is only a 10-minute walk away from the subway station.
The room is relatively spacious but appears to be cluttered and unclean. The sofa has stains on it which is not very pleasant.
However, the sound insulation of the room is poor and I often hear noises from the elevator and other rooms during the night. The elevator itself is not very hygienic and has an unpleasant smell.
Moreover, the breakfast choices are limited.

The hotel location is v convenient. You can take a bus straight to airport and from airport.
There are many buses as well and the subway is a 2 min walk away. Nearby there's also grocery store and GS25.
The place is also v clean and room is extremely spacious.
Check out is also v convenient and fast.

GGuest UserThe room facilities are very complete, with an independent bathroom. There are water purifiers on each floor with hot and cold water. You can also take the water back to the room and boil it yourself. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient. I didn’t go to the fitness area, but there is a bakery on the first floor. Breakfast is not expensive at more than 50 yuan.

-Price are reasonable or even cheap
-Room quite spacious for the price
-Neighboring area is quiet, you still can hear if people open door next to you but still relatively quiet for 3 days stay

-Have computer but really old
-Have TVs and lot of programs
-Have several type of Charger
-Have extended chord
-Have good water heating showers
-Toilet can be set to have warm seats
-Walkable to subway station
-Walkable to convenience store
-Room is very clean for Motel standard
Negative:
-When I came staff doesn't speak English. Even I tried to give google translate and ask her to speak in it she refuse. So I didn't get what I want to ask. So I just grab my key
-All rooms are non-Smoking. From the website of Trip.com I clearly order Smoking rooms (Staff need to update this information)
-Its stated that you can see city views from window but it doesn't (You can see pictures of neighboring building and also the window of each rooms)
From these 3 points I can't give full score.

-No translation of using remote, Etc (You can translate from pictures tho)
-No rooms slippers
-The bidets of my toilet is broken and can't be used

YYunVery good. I have recommended it to several of my friends. The location is also very good. You can find everything you want to eat nearby. Shopping is also convenient. Except that the sound insulation is not very good, but the sound insulation problem is a common problem in most hotels in Korea. So it is forgivable~ The beef soup in the market downstairs is good~ delicious

GGuest UserIt was close to the station and there were many convenience stores nearby, so it was convenient. There was a cafe in the hotel, but I didn't use it because I arrived late at night and left early in the morning. There was also a chicken shop and a pizza shop nearby that were open until late at night.
The room was clean, and I was surprised to find a microwave and washing machine. Also, many hotel refrigerators don't keep things cool, but this one kept things very cold, which was another plus point.

TTripGoThe location of the accommodation was very convenient as there was a bus stop right in front.
If you look at the exterior of the accommodation, the building may be old and scary, but once inside, it's a nice place to sleep.
The unfortunate thing is that there is no separate front desk, so you have to call the owner to check in directly.
The owner is very kind and explains things well over the phone and also leaves a text message.
Things like water and refrigerators are available for public use, so you have to go out and get them, which is a bit inconvenient, but there are also things like towels there, so you can bring them.
It seemed like the soundproofing wasn't very good, and it was a place that was used a lot by foreigners.
It seemed like we were the only Koreans.
This is a decent accommodation for those who just want to sleep cheaply.

To smoke, you have to go to the parking lot on the first floor, which is a hassle.
