K-Guesthouse Dongdaemun Premium 2

The hotel was easy to find, but I couldn't find the entrance, so I walked around with my suitcase in hand 🧳💨💨 After arriving, I was told to enter the entrance by entering a number, but I didn't understand it the first time I arrived, so I kept knocking on the entrance and there was no response, so I looked around for another entrance, and I realized it the second time 🔢 When I went in, there was a paper with my name on it, but there was no one at the front desk, and no one came out even when I called out to them, so a staff member came from outside and told me to get a different room because the room was out of order, and showed me to a different hotel. The room I visited was just like the picture, and the view was great, so I really liked it. But the elevator was slow.

I arrived at check-in time, but there was no one at the front desk. When I entered the room, there were a lot of bugs on the bed and walls, so I immediately rebooked at a different hotel. There were also bugs on the wall of the toilet. I was chilled and felt sick. It was hard to find the location. I had requested the top floor as much as possible in the reservation details, and even though I had booked quite a while in advance, I was on the first floor and it was full of bugs. It was terrible.

I booked a twin room, but was given a large bed, which I was not satisfied with.
