Mould on the ceiling, Hair that was not mine everywhere on the floor. Stained bedsheets. A horrible smelling water leak in the hallway. Trip.com support helped me to cancel, but the hotel owners were almost never reachable and still demanded half the money in cancellation fees. F this place. Pay just a little bit more and protect your sanity

Disorganized check-in that keeps you waiting. The automated checkin is what is 24 hour but it doesn't work for either all credit cards or length of booking code (not explained why it failed but I was lucky because someone was at reception dealing with a reservation issue of another guest, otherwise I would not have been able to check-in. What you're promised to have done at reception and come down 20 minutes later for isn't done and then no one is at the reception desk until checkout time.
Bathroom not cleaned of other guests hair and heating didn't work.
Rooms are small and I was first put into a smaller room than I had booked and paid for but after showing screenshots of my booking I was put into the larger small room.

I was a bit disappointed with this hotel(apartment), the bathroom stinks and filthy. The bedsheet has lots of small hair seems like a pet’s hair. On the first night I wasn’t able to sleep well it’s seems like there were insects biting me. There were no attendants at the front desk who is supposed to be in charge in case there are guests coming in to inquire. You need to call the landline for them to come in. There were no cleaning maintenance everyday,(changing of bedsheets, refelling of toiletries…). The good thing is just a minute- walk from the Sinseol-dong station. There are microwave oven, big fridge, washing machine and kitchen at the 2nd floor.

When we arrived, the room I booked (triple room) was having problems with the air conditioner. We were put into a double room for two nights (with some reimbursement). The double room was ok. The bathroom ceiling was low so if the people you’re with are over 5’6”, they’ll have to duck. In both rooms, there were stains on the walls. The location is close to Sinseol dong subway line 1 exit 4, which was convenient. Starbucks, Mom’s touch, Subway and a 7-11 are close by as well

Wretched service for starters. When we arrived at 9pm, our rooms weren't ready. Then, for the first night we were given one smoking room. The front desk was hardly ever staffed. One night a picture fell of the wall in the hallway, and we had to phone the owner to inform him of the broken class on the floor. This is honestly the worst run hotel I have ever stayed in.
Light fixtures were hanging off ceilings, and water damage was visible on the walls.
Would never recommend this place to anyone.

This is not a HOTEL and our room was very problematic during my stay there. They fixed everything, apologized and even gave compensation but that's not something we want during holiday. because we have booked the room long ago. The room smells damp, the walls are moldy, and the bathroom is dirty and the condition of the room and hotel is not as described/foto's. far from expectation!

There were bugs in the room. The general upkeep of the hotel is not good. Some of the bathroom fixtures were broken and not fixed. Decided not to stay in the hotel and check-in to another hotel
