We was assigned room 301 and when we got there the bathroom sink was stopped up and there was no soap in the container to wash your hands by the sink we did get moved to room 402 but the receptionist was not concerned we usually stay at a tru but this one did not have a good selection for breakfast we'll still stay at tru hotels but not this one again

There was an issue that was between ******* and the hotel. However Lexi ant the front office accommodated our stay while the issue was resolved she was very welcoming and caring.
Also the hotel offers board games, pool table which are very entertaining for the kids which the kids loved.
Hotel is clean and quiet also parking is safe.

Everything is great with this hotel. Staff is very friendly. They need to pay more attention to room cleanliness ( bathroom doors and frames had hair, makeup, and dirty smudges on them, elevator buttons are high touch surfaces and need more regular, thorough cleaning. Overall the hotel is great .

We could hear everything through the walls of our room. I had already reserved the hotel and paid ******* but the hotel still charged me when we checked in and now we are waiting on a refund. Photos everywhere of an awesome breakfast bar but nothing was available that was pictured. Disappointed.

Loved the hotel. Only downside is the front desk wasn’t available during night time. Waited about 15 minutes so that someone could hand me a couple extra towels. Other than that it was pretty good

The hotel is relatively new and we loved it. Breakfast was above the normal stuff most hotels provide. The bed was very, very comfortable.
The staff is very friendly, easy to speak with and very accommodating. The only problem we found is that there is no dresser in the room which made us live out of our suitcases. Why the designer of this motel felt a dresser was unnecessary is beyond us. Also the room was a bit on the smallish side compared to other hotels we have stayed at. All in all - we'd go back in a minute.

Here for a Clemson football game and to see my son! Great location and there is a shuttle nearby to take you to Clemson on game day! Perfect stay! Will be coming back! 😊

Everything was perfect but as an older person, my preference is the Hampton Inn brand of HIlton Hotels. We chose TRU for price and it was a reasonable price. I think it is geared more to younger people.
