TV not functioning, air-conditioner remote control no battery. The room is beside the jetty with workers moving wood early in the morning which is very noisy and we can’t sleep at all.

The location is very good as it is just opposite the Dragon Inn, which is very convenient for island trip. The room is small and the air conditioner takes time to become cold. It would be great if two key cards are provided for convenience purposes. The staff are attentive as they are prompt to attend to guests’ requests. It would be a plus point if breakfast is provided.

Is good place for stay .

no privacy at all! the balcony connect aisle, every one can passby! i asked for a private and quiet room, the female reception staff does not listen at all and show bad mood on her face, very very unprofessional! the room is tiny, be prepared

What can we say, this is an exclusive resort on water. So relaxing and so beautiful, lots of sea turtles in the water nearby resort. Food is nice too. We love every bit of it.

The location is great and the place is well looked after. We would definitely come back again

Conveniently located, it is fine for a short stay. The view is nice but the rooms are very, maybe too, small for a longer stay.

Get the room with balcony overlooking the waters. Perfect location but room size is small. Tight for 2 persons. As with many hotels in Semporna, no fridge in room but you can make use of a shared fridge at lobby level.

good place and good room. the room very clean. service are not that good because i ask for iron and they said they will come to my room to give the iron but they never did
