The only hotel during our France trip that was rude and refused to speak English. Even when using Google translate the staff whispered and laughed in French in front of us. Asked via gluten free breakfast over email which was confirmed, only to realise later they didn't provide any GF bread. Also asked for sauna which I really looked forward to going and they just said it's not available. No explanation or anything. The radiator in our bathroom didn't work so we couldn't dry our cycling kit and the aircon in theil room was absolutely useless. Very disappointing stay.

We were travelling back from Italy to UK. Wanted somewhere to stop just out of Switzerland (expensive) not far off main route with a late check in This hotel was perfect. Excellent receptionist with good English. Secure parking. Fairly new hotel. Very clean. Comfortable bed. We booked breakfast but would probably have gone to the well know fast food next door if we'd known it was there. Probably not the place to stay if you are on holiday looking for a base, as in the middle of nowhere, but great if only passing through.
