Yourtes Camping le Reclus

Many negative points have accumulated throughout our week at the campsite. Maybe we were unlucky. To begin with, we stayed for a week in a yurt whose door does not close. We tied the door with a string every night so as not to sleep with the door wide open. After which the yurt was still not airtight. Our cat had to spend his nights in the car for fear that he would end up on the adjacent departmental road. No platform or stairs to descend from the yurt unlike other yurts. No fogger during a week of heat wave. Dresser drawers are difficult to open. There was a candy and sticky spots left inside the drawer. The kettle was not working. The relaxation area lacked wifi. You have to hang on to the door of the reception and outside to be able to benefit from it under the pretext of favoring social relations. The most unpleasant being the manager's antipathy, and there is no question of bad luck. It was enough to address the concern of the door which does not close and to ask if it was possible to have wifi elsewhere than in front of the reception door to understand that it was better to adapt without saying anything. . Positive points: the cleanliness of the campsite, the snack bar, the piano in the relaxation area and the trampoline. No swimming pool, no entertainment in the campsite.

A superb week spent with my children in a sublime setting, in a beautifully appointed yurt! The magic of this place is due to the welcome of Mélanie and Nico as well as the campsite staff! They are real hosts, available, friendly, warm! In addition, Mélanie is a gold mine who knows her country by heart and knows how to share her multiple knowledge with clients! I keep from this visit to you an illuminated memory shared by my children, from all points of view... And what a region!!! Thank you...

Receptionist unpleasant not friendly the curtains of the mobile homes are moldy there is mold in the shower paid cleaning service but bottom the bare minimum bed break in the end nothing goes in the campsite.

Great experience! We came to spend 2 nights in a trailer for 4 people through a smartbox. And a great discovery! The children (2 and 4 years old) loved sleeping in the superimposed bunks, it is doable, they are well fitted so the fall is easily avoided. The adult double bed was comfortable and it doubles as a play area during the day (especially when it's raining). There was a small TV which helped us out a lot (3 rainy days). What is super nice is that all the necessary cleaning is already provided. So no need to bring a sponge, dishcloths, dishwashing liquid, etc... the bathroom is spacious and functional. The caravan is easy to heat with 2 convectors. In short, we are no longer there and we will be back!

Logements très confortables et hôtes très accueillants . Je recommande vivement cet établissement qui est très bien géré. Mélanie et Nico sont très aimables et disponibles. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir

Sitôt arrivés, mon fils a vu des enfants de son âge jouer au ballon. Il les a rejoint et.....s'est pris le ballon dans le visage. Nez en sang....Heureusement, Mélanie s'est immédiatement occupée de lui( je n'avais rien vu, occupé à décharger les valises) Suite à cet incident sans gravité, j'ai eu l'occasion de remercier et de discuter avec Mélanie: un vrai guide touristique très disponible qui vous donne les bonnes adresses, les belles randonnées, les sites à découvrir.... Ajoutez à cela un camping parfaitement entretenu, une propreté impeccable Bref, je suis tombé amoureux de ce camping familial aux multiples possibilités de logements, et mon fils adore!!! Bien évidemment, j'y retournerai avec un immense plaisir et serai heureux de retrouver ce camping et ses dirigeants

Camping très bien entretenu, idéal en famille avec 1 enfant. Accueil personnalisé et chaleureux. Personnel à l'écoute des clients. Les gérants nous ont très bien conseillés sur les activités (nature, sport et culture) à faire dans la région avec notre fils de 9 ans.
