Staff is extremely rude and doesn’t follow corporate policy. I had to call corporate and have them insist on giving me my paid room

The staff refused a service animal even with proper paperwork. Then they wanted to see all the veterinarian records. Trash and debris were stacked outside against the building, big fire hazard. Ice machines and other vending machines not working.

Checked in arohnd 1030 pm. Room was filthy. No blanket on the bed, 1 large towel. No face cloths, no towel to step on after tub. Smoking room with no ashtray, nor could they provide me one. The sheets were disgusting. And then some random man was sitting right outside the room door for hours and management did nothing.

The room was not clean and smelled like body odor. Sheets were stained. There were only 2 towels and no toilet paper holders. The shower curtain was stained yellow and moldy along the bottom edge. There were no trash cans and no remote for the TV.
The young man at the desk was nice.
I will NOT stay again at a Motel 6. Not worth the money spent.

The staff was lovely and attentive but the room lacked basic amenities like a coffee pot and blow dryer. There were cigarette holes in the sheets. Easy things to address and it would have made the stay much more pleasurable and worth the money.

Absolute disappointment. There was no water , no iron, holes in the walls, the room smelled terrible. The only bright side to our stay was a full refund and the guy at the front desk was respectful. Would not recommend.

No fridge, iron, or microwave in room. One broken ice machine and the other part-time. Needs updating.

This hotel is so disgusting. Check in was 3pm. We checked in at 330pm was told to wait for cleaning. So we left and came back at 9pm to a dilthy room. Sheets not chamged, dirty floor fake used eyelashes on lights, vomit in the ice bucket

The room had dirty pillows. And it didn’t have a remote for the tv. The staff was very helpful and fixed the problems.
