This was a wonderful stay for our 35th anniversary. We had a fireplace to set the mood, a jacuzzi bathtub, a four poster bed, hundreds of ducks on the pond outside your sliding glass doo, a kitchenette and vaulted ceilings. It couldn't have been better! We will be back!

everything was very nice and clean. The walls between the rooms are too thin, I could hear our neighbors talking all night and they had country music playing very loudly.

If you are looking for a quite fet away this is the place. It can be a little difficult to find at first. The room was ckean, well kept and very cozy.

Loved, loved, loved this property. It was cold this time of year so the gas fireplace felt extra cozy. Although we didn’t sit outside, we enjoyed watching wildlife and the Mountain View from our villa. The kitchenette was plenty equipped to make a meal of spaghetti. The bathroom was spacious. This time of year, the property was very quiet and private. We enjoyed staying just south of Sedona and out of the traffic. We did our shopping and eating out at the Village of Oak Creek. Highly recommend this villa.

What a great location. It had a very comfortable layout.
The one very disappointing thing was the overall condition of the master bedroom's carpet. The carpet was filthy as well as most of the a furniture.

Spectacular from start to finish! Tracy, the clerk we interacted with, was a delight. Our room was a dream, beautiful and cozy with a gorgeous view of a pond out back. We booked this for our honeymoon and will absolutely be back!
