Big room with excellent bedding and modern design for both business and leisure travelers. Excellent location for tourists and shopping and dining. Courteous staff are efficient and friendly in providing best quality service.

I arrived a bit early and dropped bag and got an email to say my room was ready not long after so got to check in early. Everything just works here - friendly staff, all as expected. Gym is awesome and clean too.

Ordered for the children, the response is good, the location is good, the travel is convenient, my hotel in such a foreign country is ok, the others are good, that is, the room is not very soundproof

When I a arrived the lobby seemed to be a very nice place to lounge in the bar was elegant and the receptionist was patient and helpful with me when I was having issues with my card. And to top it off I got a great room with complete silence. The hotel is at great walking and tram distance from everything you want to see in Seattle. I had a great time and would stay here again

Especially good hotel, I originally wanted to book Mayflower and it turned out to be cheap. I saw that this app is highly rated on other apps, and the price can still be selected. There is no resort fee, and Ctrip paid it to the store. Other expenses. Location is good, 5 minutes walk from westlake station, one hour from the hotel by light rail to the airport, 3 knives. There are a few good coffees downstairs in major department stores, and the surroundings are relatively safe. There are more homeless people on 3rd street and it is not recommended for everyone. The rooms are large and the beds are large, the towels are clean and the decoration is relatively new. Remind that the hotel does not actively provide slippers, teeth, etc., it is best to bring your own, if not, call the hotel to ask. Great venue in terms of location. Staff very helpful. The real downer was the cleaning.Although our room was cleaned to good standard, the public area was not. One of the rooms opposite had a discarded cleaners black glove outside on the floor for 2 days. Also by the lifts on the 26th floor was a discarded coffee cup on the table. This was left there when we arrived and was still there when we checked out.
