Breakfast selection loomed good, but no hot food, bacon and eggs were stone cold.
Rooms were clean, parking available, trying to find the hotel in the dark was difficult with no iluminated signs

They didn't suggest me any way to compensate for even part of the stay. I had a really bad day and some unforeseen events that prevented me from being able to stay at the hotel. My car stopped in the middle of the highway, I had high expenses for repairing it and high doses of stress and I suddenly found myself in bad financial conditions. I sent them a message at 12:08 and they didn't reply; I asked them to wave fees but they refused without even replying. asked them again at 16:13 and this time they replied at 18:12 (two hours later) that they tried to resell the room until 19:00 (so for 48 minutes, if so) and if they succeeded they proceeded to refund me. Some minutes later I received the notification on my phone that the amount was withdrawn from my bank account. So why didn't they try to resell the room until, for example, midnight and what if they succeeded? They would have obtained twice (or more) the price of the room at my expense. We could have arranged for a partial refund since they had not incurred expenses for my stay (breakfast, pool, cleaning, water, electricity, etc.) but they did not. We could have agreed on a change of dates, (although I would have preferred a partial refund given the poor financial condition in which I suddenly found myself) but they did not.

American style hotel-motel. Friendly and conveniently located. Good breakfast. Restaurant on site. Close to shopping. Swimming poll. Mountain views. Quiet.

Good hotel with free parking. Not very special surroundings. Clean rooms and good service. Public facilities like gym needs a renovation, breakfast and WiFi are good

Sono stato o questo Hotel due notti dal 26 al 28 agosto per partecipare ai campionati Italiani ad Avezzano , che dire la stanza per disabili è perfetta e finalmente posso dire di aver trovato una stanza accessibile, oltre che la gentilezza del personale e l’igiene della struttura, ci ritornerò sicuramente

Ci siamo trovati benissimo 4 adulti , colazioni sempre pronte e abbondanti Non è mai mancato nulla e seppure mancava qualcosa alla nostra richiesta eravamo subito accontentati e nn solo noi ma tutti i clienti Personale gentile ed educato Collaborativo e compiacente L’unica pecca a mio avviso è stata l’aria condizionata che era troppo bassa , ovvero nn rinfrescava bene la stanza di giorno Perché poi di notte invece si stava benissimo anche senza Siamo stati li prima di ferragosto La piscina accogliente , fresca e sempre ben pulita Io apprezzo molto la pulizia e devo dire che il personale lavora ininterrottamente per rendere tutto pulito e usabile Abbiamo avuto un problema di organizzazione con il RISTORANTINO ma le pizze erano comunque spettacolari e la cena ci è stata offerta. Ci torneremo senza dubbio!
