Booked: Double room for one night with breakfast! However, check-in was not possible until 4 p.m. and check-out had to be done by 10 a.m. I had not received an email with the check-in details in advance and had to call around on site after a 750 km drive. The telephone numbers provided could not be reached and so I left 2 messages on the answering machine, unfortunately no reply within 40 minutes!!!!! It was only on the 5th attempt that I reached a gentleman who had been on the phone for a long time. That was the excuse why he could not call me back so that I could get earlier access (2 p.m., we had an invitation to a wedding at 4 p.m.) to our booked room. An email about contactless check-in was only sent upon my request because the system had not sent it automatically! The room was furnished with old pine furniture with water stains on the table and desk. The pleated blinds were broken because the cords were broken. In the bathroom, when the outside temperature was 29 degrees, the radiator was hot because the thermostat valve had been unscrewed/fallen off (the cleaning lady was informed but could not change the situation). One of the pillows smelled of vomit (it's a good thing I can sleep without a pillow). Breakfast, which we had booked, was supposed to be put out in a fridge on Sunday morning: no luck! From Monday to Saturday there are vouchers for breakfast in a nearby bakery for €11 per person. This service is not a hotel, more like a youth hostel with a highly inflated overnight fee. This hotel is not recommended under any circumstances, especially at a price of €144 for 18 hours without breakfast!!!!! Stay away!
