This free shuttle bus runs from Schiphol Airport to the hotel every 30 minutes, making it very convenient. This is a fantastic service that transcends location. Additionally, when you visit the hotel, the very active and friendly hotel staff provide perfect service. This is better than any typical hotel in the Netherlands. A capsule-type coffee machine is provided in the room. However, if you need a coffee pot in your room, please ask at the front desk. We will kindly provide it to you. Amsterdam Airport Hotel is ”Best Western Plus Amsterdam Airport Hotel” You will experience perfect and friendly service.

Close to the airport, is what it is. The room was one of the smallest ive ever stayed in for a hotel. It’s literally a bed against the walls. The bed itself was comfortable though so no sleeping complaints. I was there by myself and could not see a couple feeling comfortable in the room. The bathroom was fair sized. Pro: Mcdonalds is next door. Can take a quick bus to the airport for much cheaper than an uber and is just as fast. Cons: small room. Late checkout was only offered from 11-1pm for an extra 15€ — being an airport hotel this is very stupid in my opinion as people clearly are there to wait out flights. Most hotels offer a late checkout of 5pm if paid. So I spent the better half of my day sitting in a dirty airport chair. Smh

Great location to stay if you have to be near the airport. Room is complete with all you need in a modern design and a huge bed. Too bad no water is provided or coffee can be made. The airport is 10 min away so you could pick up your grab & go snacks there at the nearby Albert Heijn if you like. Can recommend to stay here and the style of the hotel is very cool I must say.

There was some trouble at check-in but it was worked out after some discussion. The room itself was spacious, clean and a relief to be in after a 13 hour flight. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough time to explore the other services of the hotel but would book again if we pass through Amsterdam again.

Poor experience. We were traveling with two little children and we requested if possible to have the room ready as we arrived quite early (11 am) but the answer was no or you can wait 30 mins and pay a supplement. Reception team is very junior and they need more training, never a smile or a friendly approach, and the senior staff just hiding in the back office. We had a family room and they were not enough towels bath soap and there was any hairdryer, we had to come downstairs every time as no one was picking up the phone. The only special mention is for the food and beverage manager(Romina and another pregnant lady-sorry I didn’t get your name) super helpful and smiling, thanks. Location wise is very convenient if you have an early flight but there is so little around the hotel, you’ve to get the bus to find a restaurant Breakfast was ok but If you’re a coffee only breakfast person I would suggest the caffè macchiato in front of the hotel, great croissant So I would go back? Definitely not as I wasn’t feeling welcome

One night stop. Shuttle from AMS the first irritant…not at all clear how to find it. Called and gave me directions and said I could also take NH shuttle. I spotted it and the grumpy driver acted as if another Moxy guest and I were crazy for wanting to get on his shuttle. After we told him hotel told us that, he allowed us on through puff of smoke from his cigarette. (He did assist w/ bags). BTW, shuttle is free coming but you must pay to get back. I know London has the hoppa but I expect to pay for that. I was glad to see they had food and we’ll stocked bar but concept is not working. The front desk, bar and food ordering all in one. The three attendants doing all they can but service was slow slow slow. Room very nice but few frills…no coffee, tea, ice bucket etc. Will look for something else next pass through AMS

We needed a room to stay the night before our flight, as we didn´t want to risk getting to the airport late (trains were having some delays/cancellations and Schiphol in general was very busy during our time of travel). We chose this hotel as it looked comfy, had a great price and they offered an early breakfast, which was great! Check in was easy, hassle free and their staff really speaks several languages. We were checked in by Will who was so kind and helpful. We were checked in in no time and on our way up to our room. The rooms are GREAT! Honestly, for 113 EUR we had a spacious bed, the room had double windows so you heard absolutely NOTHING from the airport, flights, etc. The bathroom was very spacious and the shower had great water pressure. There was some complimentary fruit on the small desk as you walked in, which was a great touch. The elevator up to the room is protected, if you do not have a room key, you cannot get into the elevator. Nice touch to make you feel safe. In addition to the breakfast we also had a complimentary glass of prosecco included. Nice touch! Bar staff was friendly (Angel attended us), menu for food was great too and really reasonably priced. Breakfast was available from 5:30am onwards. Great options of types of bread, spreads and hot options such as hotcakes, hash browns, etc. Free shuttles run every 30-40min from the hotel to the airport and vice versa. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great hotel prior to an early flight!

Frontdesk female at check in 19:45 seemed a bit annoyed by something and very busy. Got two room cards, but apparently non of them were working. Got two new cards again and at least one was working. Elevator needed card access and also a door before the corridor before room needed access card, first time seen this. Safety ++ Room was Okey more or less. Mirror in room was badly broken. Sliding window not possible to lock, push pin broken. Room AC fan had a very annoying sound, but that I can easily live with. Bathroom was very good and large. TV, very good international selection to choose from. WIFI was 30-40 Mbit so easy to stream all possible media. Due to early check-out 05:30 then hotel was able to provide a early morning breakfast pickup bag @ 05:00. That was a very nice breakfast option to provide, does require a frontdesk request before 24:00. Generally a good average hotel for business travellers. Also free frequent shuttle transport from/to airport.

Its a 3 but a 4/5 Star looking and feeling hotel for the price of 3. Pet friendly too ! 15 min from the AirPort : bus stop in 1 minute, so with everything (uber taxi bolt). They arrange you a private shuttle/taxi if you need that. They have just opened everything is new and modern. And looks and feels like that. Desing is amazing the staff and management is maybe the best i have met - they really into giving you a great experience and help you with everything (if u just stay for work or if you stay there for a longer time) The rooms, the hotel, all have a great desing, the food is healthy and the beer is great. I need to mention The COFFEE - i am an addict but i have to Tell that this hands down the best hotel coffee i had and i was in 100+ hotels. So the details are top notch and it matters. As i mentioned the staff is exceptional the management too, i was there for work 2 times and they just gave me an amazing experience. Absolutely recommended.

This was the second time I visited the Netherlands and the second time I stayed at this hotel as my first stay was in 2017. I will not hesitate to stay there again when I visit the Netherlands in the future. The hotel made my trip in the Netherlands more enjoyable. Thank you to the Turkish receptionist. She was helpful. The room was very clean. At the time of check-in, I will explain the use of this membership card to a membership card before giving the room card. I think the order can be better. It means that the card is also the room card at the same time. I have been telling the counter staff that I don’t understand English. I have been laughing all the time and then asked me where I came from. It’s really... very much, people who don’t really understand English dare to take one child with eight consecutive European countries. He also asked the counter to let him check in first, which is very rude. In addition, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport every 40 minutes, and you can take the train from the airport to the city. Not very convenient, but because the city accommodation is much more expensive, so many people stay at the hotel near the airport. At the airport, you can see a bunch of people waiting for the shuttle bus of each hotel. The price/performance ratio is quite good. However, a deposit of EUR 50 must be paid when checking in.
