Opposite the famous Hotel Van der Werff this hotel is a bit more renovated, but still pretty average. The rooms are rather simple. The breakfast is good, so all in all I prefer this hotel above hotel Van der Werff, although it definitely has less history and nostalgia.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. It was one of my worst hotel stay experiences. During my entire duration of stay, they did not clean my room even once, even after I repeatedly told them to clean the rooms. They even did not change towels or bedsheet covers once. They did not even bother to arrange the bed during my stay. Toilet and showers were not cleaned. Don't visit the place during the summer as the ventilation system is the worst. TV was for the namesake. The room was old and dilapidated. I could go on but you get the point by now. Probably, the only star goes for breakfast.

We went here during our spring holiday with our kids. The hotel had a private bus service from the ferry, very efficient. We were here during covid, so the services of the hotel were limited. We had breakfast in our room and also we had dinner once. Both very good. The hotel is close to bike Rental and a good supermarket.

Eerder prima ervaring in restaurant en accommodatie. Dus vandaag terug voor koffie en appeltaart en teleurgesteld. Fabrieksappeltaart èn uit de vriezer èn net niet ontdooid. Manager Bernsttorf dat kan toch ( al gauw) veel beter? Voor zo’n bedrijf wel een blamage.

Hotel rekende meerdere kosten, zoals ontbijt en toeristenbelsting dubbel. Bij vorige bezoek zeer vieze wc. Bij uitchecken kostte het veel tijd om alles recht te zetten. Uiteindelijk om boot niet te missen, resterend bedrag laten zitten.

Schone ruime kamer met fijne bedden. I.v.m. werk waren we al om half 8 in het restaurant van het hotel. Het was nog niet open, maar we mochten er zitten. We kregen er zelfs koffie bij en ik, toen man ging werken, ook nog een broodje. Dit werd niet in rekening gebracht. Om 9uur kon ik al op de kamer, op initiatief van de receptie. Het verblijf was prima, mede door het vriendelijke personeel, zowel receptie, housekeeping als restaurant. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

We hadden een kamer geserveerd omdat we onze trouwdag wilden vieren met een overnachting en een uitgebreid diner bij hotel Graaf Bernstorff. Door ziekte moesten we ons verblijf helaas verplaatsen. de communicatie die we daarna hadden was zeer onpersoonlijk, klant-onvriendelijk en totaal niet oplossingsgericht. Zoiets hebben we nog niet eerder meegemaakt. We hebben uiteindelijk gecanceld, waarbij dan ook nog extra kosten voor o.a niet genuttigde ontbijt etc in rekening gebracht wordt. Jammer.

Keurige appartementen ,netjes van alles voorzien, Ontbijten in het hotel. Het hotel ligt in het centrum,prima locatie, Personeel vriendelijk, Geen gebruik gemaakt van diner in het hotel. Er is genoeg keuze rond het hotel. Fietsen vanuit je hotel,leuk eiland.

We boekten een suite maar dat is geen juist woord voor het appartement/studio. De slaapkamer heeft geen raam dat open kan, alleen een rooster. Voor frisse lucht of enige temperatuurdaling ben je aangewezen op de ramen van de woonkamer/ keuken. In dat geval blokkeert de deur de route uit je bed! Ook is er geen gordijn voor het grote raam maar slechts vitrage. De nabijgelegen Toxbar, 1 pand verder heeft een vergunning tot ‘s morgens 5 uur! Bedden goed, ontbijt normaal, handdoeken dun. Voor ons: eenmalig.
