The Prinz Rudolf is a very special, different hotel.Our garden room was incredibly well thought out and detailed with all the amenities at your fingertips. Good housekeeping. Food and Beverage is outstanding. The Food offered is of the highest standards using local produce.The Breakfast Buffet is a special treat. Dinner offers a wide ranging à la carte choice and the pasta and pizza dishes are divine. An excellent wine list make the situation even merrier. The wellness area is relaxing with the infinity pool overlooking The Valley a highlight .The staff are friendly and professional. We stayed a week and appreciated being out of town. A 10 minutes bus ride takes you into the heart of Merano. You feel this is a family run business. Last but not least , the hotel has high environmental objectives! God willing we will return in 2024.

A place to relax and enjoy the amazing view! Is a 5 stars hotel, modern with professional staff. This place has the biggest infinity warm pool in the area, modern spa, good breakfast, fine dining (master chef for each meal), modern rooms. Definitely I will come back every year at least one time! I recommend you!

Abbiamo alloggiato 2 notti nei nuovissimi chalet situati accanto all’hotel: chalet molto spazioso dotato anche di sauna e vasca, giardino esterno con vista sulle montagne, parcheggio privato. Il relax è garantito!! Siamo rimasti estasiati dall’alto livello del ristorante: cibo ottimo con piatti ricercati e non banali, a livello anche di presentazione. Staff molto cortese e attento al cliente

Wir sind im April für eine Woche im Prinz Rudolf Smarthotel gewesen. Ein einzigartiges Hotel mit einem ausgezeichneten Service. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Marco, der uns jeden Abend hervorragend versorgt hat. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Alles leider sehr dunkel, fast ein wenig erdrückend. Pool könnte 3-4 Grad wärmer sein. Ein grosses Lob an die Küche, alles hat sehr, sehr gut geschmeckt, auch vegetarisch, aber man darf ruhig mutiger würzen. Begrüssungsdrink hab ich vermisst.

Eind juli heb ik een week gebruik gemaakt van een camping plaats. Ik had een tentje mee, er stonden voornamelijk campers. Ik had hier geen problemen mee. De plekken zijn best ruim en deels verhard (soort gravel). Stroom en water op de plek. Toiletgebouw netjes en voldoende ruimte. Hoefde nooit te wachten bij een volledig bezette camping. Het gebruik van het dak-zwembad is erg fijn. Er is een prima restaurant op de camping en alle dagen (behalve zondag) is in de avond een groente stalletje open. Direct aan de weg is de bus stop. Deze brengt je voor € 1,50 enkele reis in ca. 12 min naar het centrum van Merano (Elisabeth Park). Lopend doe je er een klein uurtje over. Het is ongeveer 5 km. Wandel -en fiets routes is aangegeven via bordjes (zo ook richting het centrum). Vanaf de camping omhoog gelopen is het 7 minuten naar de gondel de bergen in. De gondel brengt je naar het hoogte punt en weer terug (€ 24,-). Boven kun je heerlijk wandelen er zijn voldoende hutjes om even te zitten. Er is geen wandelroute terug naar beneden (camping). Een week was natuurlijk tekort...

Stupenda struttura appena fuori merano e a 10 minuti dalla funivia merano 2000, personale molto professionale e amichevole, accoglienza e check in perfetta, noi avevamo scelto la mezza pensione, cena da 5 portate di ottima qualità, zona wellness bellissima, servizio massaggi ottimo, zona bar e esterno molto piacevole per rilassarsi, camera non grandissima (25 mq) ma con un materasso fantastico, bagno pulito e luminoso con ampia doccia (finalmente un hotel con doccia grande), colazione di ottima qualità con ampia scelta, se siete appassionati di escursioni la posizione vicino alla funivia Merano 2000 è fantastica per esplorare le vette circostanti.
