I stayed here on the last day of my business trip, and I had to return the car to catch the plane the next day, so I stayed here. It is also very convenient to eat nearby, there is a mall not far by car, and there are many choices. Early the next morning, because I had to take a long flight back home, I had a big breakfast, which was great!

Nice stay. Only downside was the pool was ICE cold and there were no towels in the pool area. We picked this hotel since we had our kids on the trip. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had to pay for breakfast which was okay, not great. Room was good, linens and towels clean, but hotel needs an upgrade/remodel.

First off, when we walked in we were greeted by the manager that treated us like we were family arriving home. The whole staff were amazing and personable.
I have stayed at many many hotels this one far exceeds all expections.
Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The pool was our of towels. We informed the front desk and they said that would bring us some to the pool. After waiting about 45 min we had to track some down. House keeping did not come to our room. And the thermostat was broken making sleeping uncomfortable. To be fair we did not report the last one, but we didn't want to have to relocate everything to another room.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel wasn’t pleasant. The room was dirty, bathroom door was broken, refrigerator broken, not enough towels, the hot tub was not operable with functioning jets, the absence of chlorine in both hot tub and swimming pool, the business center printer needed ink and the front desk clerk couldn’t assist with printing document from the front desk and carpet nasty.
