Treehouse the Pugmark, A Wildlife Resort

It was a good experience overall, the staff was very cooperative and helpful throughout the stay. The food was quite delicious and the services were also on point.I would recommend this to everyone for a short getaway with families and friends.

It was very pleasant stay at the property rooms are very nice neat n clean food is also very tasty. Special thanks to Mr Sandeep for his support he was very helpful n cheerful person. Every staff at resort was very humble n friendly. Good going team keep it up.

we did a group from 05th April to 07th April for 45 Adults its a corporate group , In this group we took 24 Rooms for 02 Night around 48 Night stay we took with All Meals hi tea snacks with confrence hall booke for 03 days , Food was just amazing , Staff was too good who were in the restuarants , At The bar Counter there were 02 boys were there around 25 years old they were doing great job , we did not the the behaviour of Mr jitender he was not good at all , He was doing his job like he has been forced to do this job , He was not interested to entertain us , he was just normally playing his role , he was too too smart and our client and me did not like him at all , he was arrogant somehwre , Housekeeping Staff was just superb m Chef was too too good , our all clients praising abt him a lot , Dj was too too bad for two days we booked but they were compltley failed to play there role during the gala dinner , Speaker base tube was just show off it was not giving good sound both the days client did not like it at all , Base was not there in the speakers , I dont why they have kepy both the base tube we must work for this becasue if base tube are good then we will do the next group else we will do in another hotel , it will be on 03rd May for 02 Night for 28 Rooms . Apart from this Pratimesh was good who was at the reception , last but noit least Mr sandeep Ji He was so polite , He was superb , who knows how to take care ou all client , we called him around more than 30 times and whetever our small issues he just solved on the spot , He was in reaturants , reception counter , during gala dinner , in th conference he solved our small issues this is what we liked in him , He was taking all the notes whtever our client telling us and the same we were informing him he just pleayed a good role during the stay ,

Amazing experience. Resort has all to make you comfortable. Food and team members are outstanding! Absolutely stunning landscaping. Welcome experience, breakfast, lunch and dinner spread all was excellent. Rooms are spacious and with perfect hygiene levels.

The Pugmark hotel is a nice and comfortable place to spend some days with a couple and make some safaris in Ranthambore. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff is nice and helpful (as always in India expecting some tips as a reward) and the food at the buffet is tasty with one western option. I would recomend this hotel.
