First time at this property on a recommendation from close friends. We loved it. I don’t think our room could have been better.
We did the all inclusive package and it worked well for us. We love that the area is also safe enough to go off resort and go to area restaurants.
Everyone was like family. We hope to go back next year.

First time on property and wont be our last. Check- In was very smooth, the lady that checked us in was very kind, she made sure to provide us with all the informtion that we needed
The Service is exceptional at all the bars. I do Wanna give a big shout out to Lady and Caroline from the Tiki Bar and Ion from the beach bar that was always receiving us with a smile and had tons of jokes. They made our stay even more special by providing exceptional service and hospitality . I really do hope they get the recognition they deserve. Shuttle services are also provided all around the property which I found really convenient since there are many pool options to choose from.
Housekeeping lady was very kind and very attentive, she made sure we always had fresh towels. We will be returning soon:).

The front desk employees were rude, unhelpful, indifferent. No Wi Fi in the room,.
We purchased free breakfast option, and we were not booked to the resort correctly, so two days we didn’t have breakfast- not at all! No any help from the staff!

3rd floor room with no elevator plus 3 large suitcases is terrible. Bathroom really small as well.

The staff were amazing, very professional and friendly. This is a great location since it’s not overly populated like the bigger location north of Divi Village. I can’t wait to go back as soon as possible.

Overall very good vacation destination. Rooms are a little dated and hot water was intermittent. We spent very little time in room so not a big deal.

Service was kind of slow at the front desk. The first floor a/c did not work. Was told they would come to change the unit out but no one ever came. Room was hot. We all had to sleep in the bedroom on the second floor. Last 2 days water was leaking through the kitchen ceiling.
