My wife and I needed a hotel within walking distance of St Pauls hospital. We needed a clean room at an affordable price. We were pleased with the adequate room and friendly staff. We will definitely be staying there again on our next trip. The staff gladly extended our checkout time as our hospital appt ran late. We would recommend this establishment.. Another bonus was the Blue Diamond restaurant right next door… Being able to walk to the hospital and avoid traffic and parking was also a plus

A hotel with a relatively affordable price. The standard breakfast can meet the requirements of ordinary people. The king-sized bed is very comfortable. I also found that there is a sofa bed in the room that can be pulled out. It can fully meet the needs of a family of three or even four.

Stayed here for a quick overnight trip for a medical appointment and was very happy with our stay. Our hotel was within walking distance of all the appointments as well as our dinner plans. Room was nice, bed was comfy. Pillows were a bit too soft but that seems to be the norm. The hotel was nice and quiet. The parking garage is a bit tight if you have a big vehicle. We had breakfast at the restaurant and enjoyed it. All in all, no complaints!

For the hotel with 400 yuan a night, the location, facilities and sanitation are quite good. It is beyond my expectations. The service is not good. It may be because of cheap hotels, so there is nothing in the lobby. People, just one or two people, so what is basically self-help.

Check-in with my family. The stay was great and room with the view is fantastic. Except for our bad experience at the frontdesk. The indian guy with a beard who check us in is not professional and has no characteristic as a frontliner. He is very slow and rude. The asian lady with him already check-in 4 including my friend in the other room but I arrived first. When I told him to hurry he just stares at me and told me to wait. I also work as a frontliner and I will never tell a customer to wait or at least use appropriate word. The lady with her and the other gentleman who came around to answer the phone are very pleasant. Everything are exceptional. Staff in the restaurant and lounge are very friendly. Housekeeping indeed did a good job for having my room cleaned. I would have rated 5 star but the first impression was my last.

I was booked here for 4 nights for a conference. We ended up having a staffing emergency that I found out about just hours before I was supposed to leav (due to a coworker having COVID) for Saskatoon. I called the Bessborough and told them that I was unable to come or else our department at the hospital was at risk to close some services. They refused to waive the cancellation fee. I understand it was my issue cancelled that close to check in but I have had other hotels waive the fee in the same situations since they are extenuating circumstances. I asked if I could rebook my 4 nights instead of being charged the fee and they said they would have to pre-charge my card. Very disappointed in the Bessborough's rigid policy and unwillingness to be even a little bit flexible. I would definitely book with a different hotel next time that is more understanding.

I have been to a lot of hotels in Saskatoon and other cities and for me and family, so far, this one is the best one. I was acknowledged and thanked upon check in, Greeted with a smile and their breakfast has a lot of healthy options. The room that were in is really beautiful and clean. Their pool and hot tub is really clean and well maintained. The hotel looks new. One thing I noticed is that every staff from front office, housekeeping and breakfast smiles and greets guests. They don’t just walk past guests. We’ll be back for sure and probably tell my friends to try staying here as well.

Room was nice and clean. Small bathroom. Mini fridge. Lobby is basic with resturant and coffee shop with limited hours. Isn't much close to grab a coffee or snack. Area felt unsafe - If I was alone and venturing out I would stay somewhere else. Elevators were quick. Our kids wanted to stay somewhere with a waterside. We have tried 3 other Saskatoon hotels with waterslides, all lower price points, and by far superior. We decided to give Delta a chance and it was disappointing, and 90% because of the pool area. The pools were cloudy, we couldn't see the bottom, they all had scum floating on top. We had to inconvience a life guard(we only saw her for a few minutes, so not really a life guard like her shirt said) to turn on the waterslide for us. The old tile floor/stairs were stained dirty and looked like a mould problem in many spots. We mostly worried about air quality with the amount of visible mold. You access the pool on the 3rd fl, but then walk down 3 or 4 flighs of stairs to the pool area. Pool wouldn't be feasible with mobility issues. Same stairs used for the waterslide access. Handrail was only on one side of the staircase, which is unsafe considering they are all wet. Will we stay here again? Probably not. Is this hotel showing it's age? Yes

This is my usual stay for when traveling to Saskatoon as it has free parking and not near a busy location. However, this was my first time staying on the 3rd floor and it wasn't pleasant. It had a smell, the alarm clock was making ”fuzzy” noises way past midnight, and the bed was very lumpy. I usually love my stays here as it's great in price, but I will not get a room on the 3rd floor again.

From check in to departure, we loved our stay. Check in was handled professionally by a young man and being that I booked through Expedia, I received an automatic upgrade to a very large room on the second floor. I also received a free breakfast and late checkout. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and Connie was superb as our breakfast waitress. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the dining area has a great atmosphere. We did not try the pool but it was lovely and if you have kids with you they would love it. The room was very clean and comfortable with a separate tv sitting area with fridge and microwave. Being a Toronto Maple Leaf fan, it was great to discover a Wendel Clark restaurant a very short drive away 💙..(5 minutes) Strong wifi and an excellent shower made everything perfect. Got those who like Starbucks, there was a small coffee shop in the lobby. Great stay and will return again.
