Your staff was very unclear when trying to figure out our situation. The manager on duty actually told some people outside of the hotel about what happened which reached back to my family. I don't think leaking guest info like that is allowed and that worries me for future stays if we even do. My family has always stayed with Staybridge and this is the first bad experience I've had so I don't want to give up on your company but I definitely don't appreciate your staff talking about me as a guest outside of their work to strangers and my family. That is truly unprofessional and a breach of privacy.
