Tui Blue Sarigerme Park

Everything about the hotel was amazing. It was so clean tidy and the staff was brilliant. Definitely recommend for a solo traveller especially has you was left to relax or if you wanted something to do there was plenty of staff to help and lots of activities to do.

Absolutely superb hotel went 5 years ago and was not disappointed in fact think it is even better. The staff are amazing and a special mention to Sibil who served us our coffee in the morning in the dining room and then our drinks in the beach bar at lunchtime. The toilets at this hotel by the beach are the cleanest ever thanks to the gentleman there every day cleaning them always with a smile. The towel man Kaya by the Blue spa was also so friendly I cannot believe how many names he managed to remember after only telling him the once. If there is anything you need to know don’t hesitate to contact the man at guest relations who is very informative and helpful. All in all do not miss going to this hotel there is everything you could wish for and more

We enjoyed every minute in this lovely hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The views are beautiful. The apartment was good. The grounds of this hotel are delightful and very well maintained. The Blue Spa was great. Mehmet and Kaya particularly were helpful and charming. The girl , Didi? who did my massage was so capable and professional. I also enjoyed the Hamman and though unsure I liked the Turkish tea. The exercise classes were varied and of a very high standard and the ladies who ran them were great. Excellent Archery; the equipment for that and the cycling exercise were of the highest standard. The teachers of archery and cycling were very professional and lovely. We loved the shows, the BbQ was very enjoyable and the speciality restaurant a delicious, happy evening. The open Air evening event was brilliant .

Love this hotel ,staff are amazing so friendly and helpful, Think food as got a bit better this year , I love the coffee bar . The beach is beautiful . The hotel is spotless rooms cleaned everyday .while sat at the main bar in the evening the ashtrays wasn't emptied once and they used to emptied practically everytime you use them . Evening meal I don't feel there's enough tables ,because some guest sit there for whole time it's open so not the hotel fault , also the sunbeds some people put towels on the them at the pool and go to the beach and sometimes don't even come back to the pool , so sad people are so selfish, something the hotel needs to address, spent most of holiday at the pool so used pool bar the staff are amazing, so friendly and always smiling the lunch time food is lovely there too, but also a great lunch time menu at the beach bar your choice, cocktails are disgusting really needs looking at so bad I couldn't drink it

We have just come back from Sarigerme Park. This was our first visit to this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, the cleanliness of all areas of the hotel, including the guy who keeps the beach toilets spotlessly clean. I have food allergies and I have to say I was catered for magnificently. The Restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful in advising me on dishes that were containing foods that I couldn't eat to the extent of making meals for me every evening with food items I could eat without having an allergic reaction! They were delicious and I looked forward to seeing what was being prepared for me each day. Restaurant staff, Murat K, Hasan and Chefs Erdem and Husayin are to be congratulated for their approach to their job of looking after the visitors. Nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile on their faces. Every day there was a food creation being prepared which I thoroughly enjoyed and I am truly grateful for. Until you have food allergies you don't realise how important it is for the catering staff to be supportive and happy to produce food that can be eaten. Thanks to everyone concerned in the front restaurant and behind the scenes in the kitchens We loved the beach with the sun shades and wooden walkways over the very hot sand. Also the sea was quite shallow to walk into. The food at the beach bar at lunchtime was excellent, and again food was prepared if it was needed for me re allergies. On the first two days a 15 minute 'free' massage is offered to everyone from the Spa. My suggestion is, take advantage it is well worth it. On another day I had a Spa treatment/massage and it was excellent. Beach sports are on offer but we were there to just relax on a sun bed and enjoy the sun, which we certainly did. Evening entertainment - a couple of nights there was music at the beach bar. Beautifully kept grounds with well established shrubs, plus a home for the resort cats. We went to the A la Carte restaurant and it was superb. Once again catered for allergies. Thee are a group of shops in the hotel . The guy in the jewellery shop was very helpful, my husband's glasses fell apart, a screw was lost.... the gentleman in the shop very kindly provided a spare screw and put the glasses back together. Once again very helpful and with a smile. We also bought some very reasonable priced jewellery from him. We found everyone we saw and or spoke to were happy to help where needed. I have a suggestion ..... Maybe a little more light in the main seating area outside the main hotel so we can see each other and be able to see if we want to play cards. We will definitely be back, a hotel worthy of its 4 Stars. Thank you everyone at Sarigerme Park.

Had an amazing stay! The park was big, but still felt intimate. It was very nice that the nature (and stray animals) were very well taken care of. We did a lot of activities, which were all very fun, special thanks to all the staff who were very patient and funny (loved the DJ class in particular!). Speaking of staff, everyone was so nice and well trained! I felt very safe and taken care of. They were personal and made a real connections. A special shout out to Kaya at the towel service! He made this very small moment of changing towels, a very fun experience each day. He was so polite and sweet, yet with a lot of humor and fun conversation. Accompanied by his colleague who managed the spa booking (i forgot his name :(, but a tall, slim guy in his 40’s), a winner duo for me! The food was also very good, there was a lot of variety. I appreciated the 2 different places where lunch was served. Loved the gözleme prepared by the sweet young lady. What a master of art to work with the dough that way. I hope to come back one day!
