Dolphin Apart Hotel

Our overnight stay at Dolphin Apart Hotel Dalaman served as a comfortable prelude to our main holiday at Hilton. Here's a breakdown of our experience: The spacious two-bedroom layout on two floors exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and impressive, considering the reasonable price point. The hotel was clean and provided a comfortable stay, surpassing our expectations given the affordable rate. Direct access to the pool and balconies with panoramic views added to the positive experience. The location, near Sarigerme village, offered convenience with various shops nearby. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, creating a pleasant ambiance for a short stay. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is quite far from beaches. We encountered a hiccup when I lost my jacket, and it wasn't initially picked up by the cleaners. Communication was a challenge; my attempts to reach them by email went unanswered, and the phone number on the website was outdated. Despite this, after two return trips to the hotel, the staff managed to locate my jacket, which was a relief. Recommendation: Despite the minor communication challenges and the distance from beaches, I would recommend Dolphin Apart Hotel Dalaman. Aside from the jacket incident, we were genuinely pleased with our stay.

Marmaris'ten Antalya'ya dönerken tek gece konaklamak için mola verdiğimiz apart otel. Biz otel odalarından birinde konakladık. Otelin ana kısmı ise apartların olduğu bölüm. Otelin özel bir plajı ve oraya götüren sevimli bir jip servisi mevcut. Otelin odaları biraz küçük olsa da yeniydi. Kahvaltısını da beğendiğimizi söyleyebilirim. Fiyat/kalite olarak tercih edilebileceğini düşünüyorum. Genel anlamda konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık.

Stayed at DolphinApart Sarıgerme 16th-30th May room 105. Everything was absolutely perfect and I highly recommend them. Very comfortable beds and spotless room. The housekeeping ladies work so hard and are always smiling. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

On entering the set up looked nice and presentable and we had good recommendations which was worrying after our experience! Firstly struggling with the lock on the sliding door!! On entering there was an odour of what i can only describe as sour water! It was late and we had been pretty tired. Went to the loo, the seat looked like it was falling off, the whole panel to flush the loo fell off the wall, the heater towel rail looked like rust had been painted over, filth and dirt everywhere you looked :( Mix and matched decor in the room and the most annoying thing…. The plug and light socket in the center of the headboard which kept switching on and off throughout the night, we also had to physically unplug the tv as it wouldn’t turn off. Mould on the curtains and ceilings ! I then cut my foot on something sticking out from the bottom of the bed with no apology or assistance from staff. Maybe the apartments are better than the rooms! Only good thing id say is that its on the main ***** so access to everything!

A tired looking hotel very near the centre of Sarigerme village. Cleaning was very ad hoc to the point of almost being non-existent. No facilities, but the supermarkets, bars and restaurants are very close. Staff are noticably uninterested and ignorant.

I chose this hotel due to good reviews and location, as I was a lone female traveller, I was disappointed. I arrived at 1.30am and was told that the room wasn’t ready, it was being cleaned. I waited 10 minutes and went up to the room on the 3rd floor. The room wasn’t clean, there was a water bottle lid on the side, the bathroom bin was full of rubbish, hair in the bathroom sink and the bedding wasn’t clean. I told the receptionist the following morning, who promised to get it sorted. Luckily, I was in the room when the housekeepers came and they were surprised that I asked them to clean and change the bedding, obviously, my message hadn’t been passed on. The bedding was changed, the bin emptied and I was given clean towels. This was the only time in 5 days that the room was thoroughly cleaned, bedding changed or clean towels. I had issues with the toilet 2 days in a row, which weren’t immediately fixed. The room was small, although fine for 1 person, it had half a wardrobe next to a slopping wall, which I hit my head on every time I went to get my clothes!

The worst hotel we've been. Dirty, unsafe, roud staff, noizy. No dishes in apart hotel, thats terrible. Cameras do not record at all. Our car was scratched on the parking lot and nobody apologized, or refund payment for next night. We had to chek out 1 night earlier, because we do not know, what could happen at their parking else.

I stayed here the night before I was flying home from Dalaman as it’s very near to the airport. We had. been staying at the Hilton nearby, but as we had an early flight, it seemed silly to pay €600 just to sleep and get the flight. So I booked this thinking, it’ll be alright, it’s just to sleep! I had initially booked the overspill hotel studio 61, but as I was staying as a single female with just my children, they decided to put me in the main hotel. ( nothing wrong with studio 61. It’s just quieter in the main block) They didn’t have to do this and I appreciate they needed to have the availability. Our Apartment was amazing it’s actually better than the Hilton !!! The team were friendly and helpful. It’s clean , my it’s modern and I would highly recommend this hotel not just for an overnight stay before the flight. In future, I think I would book here for three days before my flight instead of the Hilton!! We usually stay in Marmaris for a week and then move nearer to the airport at the Hilton for the last few days. But as I said next year, I think I’ll save some money and stay at this beautiful Dolphin hotel. I literally cannot find one fault with it ! Five star from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
