Hotel Lake View

Though the rooms were decent the organization of breakfast was very poor. There was a huge school group so it was very noisy, had to wait an hour for breakfast, the dining hall was dirty, plates wet, table clothes filthy. Very unorganised. There was provision to serve other guests in their empty restaurant but the ***agement refused. Would not recommend.

Had lunch at Hotel Lakeview in Saputara with family. The food served was stale. I asked the ***ager how on Earth can a restaurant serve STALE FOOD. No Answer. The restaurant cleanliness was fine, but flies around. Hygiene ...OMG!!! Even the toilets were filthy and stinking. The outside is fine and the ***ager wears a blazer.... That's all about the restaurant. One word " PATHETIC". Please avoid this restaurant. Improvement is not likely in this state .....

Very nice and clean rooms, interior is excellent ,and breakfast is awesome, and overall experience was so good and service was the best. Must visit at this hotel if you visit saputara. Amazing experience 😍

Nice experience to stay in hotel. I visited with a group of 90 odd people & I enjoyed rainy season. Due to rain we spent more time in hotel. Food was excellent & hospitality was also good. This was my 2nd visit to this hill station & first visit was in the year 1976.

Absolutely ridiculous hotel. Very dirty horrible food. ***agement has zero willingness to improve. Don't be fooled by the ramp picture. There is a blockage at the end of the ramp and under no condition, wheelchairs can get in. The other way to get up in the hotel is through a lift which passes through a staff area which is full of beedi smell and stinking toilet. Room cleanliness is something unheard of here. Breakfast was terrible. The biggest problem is the staff and sheer callous attitude.
