位置優越，樓下有Lawson便利商店，在札幌JR站北口行一分鐘就到，不用過馬路，非常方便，到大丸、Stella Place、JR Tower購物也很方便。酒店很新、現代風白色為主，清潔乾淨，每日有打掃房間，房間大小可以，整體很滿意。

3天的住房,讓我們每天都拖著疲憊身體才回的旅店的自由行旅客來說是很適合的,因爲地點超優,離JR站走路2分鐘時間,旅店樓下就有便利商店,要買宵夜也很方便,更貼心的是旅店還提供卸妝棉、卸妝油、化妝水、乳液等,房間的蓮蓬頭也超大的,也很安靜,若再來札幌一定會再入住

酒店出口非常方便，轉左向後直行（不要過馬路），可直達西出口（無指示牌的，但好多人行入去，不用落樓梯），再行前就係大丸百貨入口；酒店出口轉右直行，可直達北出口（要落樓梯或右邊有斜坡）。
