Very good hotel, with a super careful team, mainly those working for the morning shift,all I needed to resolve without difficulties,have transfer to the airport and a great breakfast, is close to everything, mainly from the center to buy something and visit the church ⛪ our Lady of Conception.

Of course, one of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered an impressive array of options to suit every palate. From continental favourites to hearty breakfast dishes, there was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Overall, my experience at Sleep in Guarulhos booked through Trip.com was nothing short of excellent. From the exemplary customer service at the reception to the comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfast options, every aspect of my stay was memorable and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers looking for a wonderful experience in São Paulo.

Stayed 3 nights during the weekend for a friend’s wedding and everything was PERFECT! Employees are super welcoming, always smiling and willing to help! Great breakfast, rooms are clean and comfortable! Special thanks to Aline and Tiago, they provided support post and during stay as I arranged the honeymoon room for the bride and groom. Front desk could be a little more sensitive and allow me to check in around 09:00 am instead of 11:00 am due the flight delay. They expected to pay almost 50% of the rate of the room to be inside two hours earlier . The front desk manager could be a little more considerate das well since I check out at 10 pm , I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the breakfast in the next day , but they refuse to allow me to have breakfast in the check in day. Room is ok, and they have shuttle services to the airport. Dinner is almost and reasonable price .

Not very polite staff. Breakfast has to be lucky, some days it has what you want, some days it doesn't. At 10am there are only leftovers. Cracked bedroom floor. Bad mattress and pillows. The pool is good.

I ended up at the São Paulo Airport Marriott at 3:30am after first of my three flights home to Sydney, Australia was stopped from taking off. I was having trouble getting answers from the airline about my forward connecting flights, given that I would be flying across 2 different airlines, and was getting contradictory, confusing and harsh responses from the airline I booked with. So, let's say I was a little stressed... However the service here was beyond impeccable! They really made me feel calm and at home during a difficult time. Special shout out to Muriel who checked me in and William on the front desk during the day, who were both cheerful and professional. Breakfast and lunch service was delicious, full of options and the servers were also incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. The room was comfortable with blackout curtains, and the pool was a nice addition. Hope those reading this don't find themselves feeling as stressed as I was when I checked in here, but let me tell you, you'll be in very good hands if you do find yourself in this hotel!

The hotel is super new, with excellent structure, well located next to the shopping and excellent breakfast. The service was differentiated with Mr Wilson, with family reception and welcome. I recommend this hotel and will always return!

The room is clean and tidy, but the airport bus has too few seats. It runs once an hour and only has 6 people per bus. Check-in was late and there were no seats available on the 6:30 and 5:30 buses, making it inconvenient to go to the airport.

The rooms are spacious and very clean and quiet. There is a beautiful pool area where you can sit and relax after work. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It is a five minute walk to the shopping centre if you need something. The mall has three very nice restaurants as well. Across the street from the hotel is a gorgeous park with many walking paths. It is a great way to relax at the end of the day or before going to work. I recommend a room above seven with a balcony overlooking the park. The only problem I experienced was that the safe would not work. The staff tried to help but once it was locked it would not open again without me calling the staff again.
