Great location (200m from the metro). Room with new facilities, clean, new and high quality bed linen (very soft). Double size bed, but with very good mattress and pillows. Excellent sealing of windows against external noise (udinese/gold window frames). Clean, mold-free bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap and bar soap. I stayed away from the elevator and was not disturbed by internal noises. Only the floor in the room could have been a little more clean. Breakfast is from a partner restaurant, basic but fresh food. You can ask them to prepare an omelette or tapioca on the spot. There was no brown sugar, I asked and they provided it. I needed to extend the checkout and was able to pay half a day without any complications. If it was only extended for two hours, nothing would be charged. When I return to São Paulo I will definitely stay here.

The surrounding facilities are convenient, and hospitals, transportation, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. The bed and room are a bit small. The breakfast is American style, not suitable for Chinese stomachs. There is no hot water supply.
