The area was extremely run down and we were told my several taxi drivers to be careful that it was dangerous. The internet did not connect once on any device and when talking to reception they told us the signal was weak. None of the staff spoke any English so it was difficult to even communicate through google translate with no internet. The air conditioning made a lot of noise when turned on. There was blaring music from a bar on the street below which also seemed to have the sound carried through the AC. I would not reccomend staying here.

Hotel velho. Super perigoso a localização, pois tem muitas pessoas de rua. A mulher que fica na recepção extremamente mal educada.Muito barulho que vem da rua. No meu caso foi 1 dia, e não consegui dormir a noite devido ao barulho da rua.Digo com propriedade que foi o PIOR HOTEL que já fiquei na minha vida. Corra! Fuja! Perigosíssimo o local onde fica o hotel, não consegui nem dormir. A sensação que eu tinha é que a qualquer momento alguém entraria no meu quarto.

Estadia foi tranquila, mas na chegada tivemos a surpresa do estacionamento ser pago (no anuncio nao consta nada sobre pagamento, consta que tem estacionamento no local (como viajo muito, muitos hoteis tem o servico de estacionamento sem custo). Se é cobrado precisa ser claro no anuncio no momento da locacao do quarto.
Um dos atendentes na recepcao nao atende a contento, pedi para pagar o estacionamento no credito e gerou o pagamento no debito e ficou uma situacao muito ruim.
No quarto nao tinha toalhas e sabonete, tive que buscar com a camareira
