I was on a trip and stayed at the New Year's Eve in this hotel. The hotel is very well located, near a shopping, large rooms but the rooms need maintenance and modernisation( e.g.: free bathtub table, safety supports in the bathtub for the elderly ...) Another point I didn't like was bed clothes (many linen, coat, larger and better covers, good dressers, not to mention towels) The dresser, who asked, tried to help in what he could, but I realised that the clothes were really over. I liked breakfast, New Year's Ceaning and staff care.

The room we stayed was in good storage, good shower, good bed clothes, but had no shampoo available, we had to leave the room at 1:00 a.m. to ask at the reception. We arrived to drink coffee at 9:45, without coffee and hot milk at the buffet, and had to drink coffee from the 3-heart machine of the restaurant at 10:00, and they told us to take anything more we wanted and dismissed the whole buffet. I thought this was an insensitive thing that was incredible, that never happened to me, even in a small hotel, a little bit of roadside, and worse, that was a weekend when we were normal to sleep a little more. The hotel staff are very educated and gentle, and there is no complaint about their treatment, and the dissatisfaction is about this sdruxul order, certainly from the management. I used Ibis network hotels for more than 15 years, but after this disorder I would only return if I had no other option.

The hotel is very well located, all near, comfortable room. Some points left to desire, like burned lamps in the room and in the bathroom, I warned at the reception but until the second day of accommodation was not exchanged. The box handwheel support was released, and there was no repair, it was removed and they didn't put back, we have no place to dry the handwheels. On the second day of hosting, I asked for a cocktail to take a hot water to make a cupnoodles for my daughter and it was charged 2.00 per cocktail and 7.00 for the water, as if it was tea. I was overtaken with this attitude of the hotel, we have already hosted many hotels, including well-known hotels, and it has never been charged by a loaned coil and a hot water. Deceptive is the feeling that has defined me as our hosting.

Super cozy hotel, excellent service, excellent breakfast... a special mega experience, I'll be sure to return... super happy to be able to take my dog, because the hotel accepts pets and he was super well treated... I'll be back soon.

Chegamos ao hotel para almoçarmos por volta das 14.15, sendo este o terceiro fds consecutivo! Após o almoço fomos pegar um drink no bar da piscina e na sequência fomos abordados de forma nada simpática pela gerente comercial DANIELA SOUZA, perguntando-nos se éramos hóspedes ou passantes o q nos deixou algo desconfortáveis. Saímos do bar e fomos sentar brevemente em uma mesinha ao lado. Passados alguns minutos, um funcionário do restaurante chamou o meu namorado para conversar atrás do balcão . Ele retorna muito nervoso com taquicardia com sintomas de pressão alta por ser hipertenso e tomar medicação controlada, então me diz q foi convidado a se retirar do hotel pois o horário do restaurante era até às 15.30h e após este horário teriam q cobrar 2 diárias de day use. Após a abirdabem nos dirigimos à recepção abalados pois em nenhum momento fomos informados q não poderíamos permanecer no hotel mesmo consumindo !!! Fomos fechar a conta dos almoços+água de coco+coquetel. Na sequência pedimos para falarmos com o gerente Henrique - sempre muito atencioso - mas ele já tinha saído, de forma q a sra Alair foi quem nos atenceu muito educada, porém não apresentou nenhuma retratação diante do fato ocorrido de HUMILHAÇÃO E PRECONCEITO!! Gostaríamos de salientar A ATITUDE COVARDE DE UMA FUNCIONÁRIA CHAMADA DANIELA SOUZA Q OCUPA UM CARGO DE LIDERANÇA SE ESCONDER ATRÁS DE UM FUNCIONÁRIO PARA TRANSMITIR “UM RECADO”!!!!! Este episódio infeliz e muito desagradável estragou o nosso dia. Sem falarmos q muito provavelmente não voltaremos! O q é uma grande pena para o hotel q acabou de perder os clientes q iriam se hospedar em breve :-( E olha q curioso quem ocasionou tudo isso foi uma gerente q se diz da área comercial !!! Um detalhe: somos de SPaulo, entretanto a família do meu namorado possui 2 propriedades em Guararema há + de 50 anos e atualmente o pai dele reside ali! Espero q esta msg chegue à proprietária e tome as providências cabíveis .

My son has been studying in São José dos Campos and has been hosting this hotel for two years. It has a great location, safety, the facilities are fantastic, the wonderful cleaning and not to mention very good breakfast and a delicious dinner. Congratulations to all the staff of the hotel
