The hotel is new and located in a recently developed area of Rio Preto. There is a mall across the street with many restaurants and plenty of shopping. The hotel is clean, and the staff is very friendly. They have a wonderful breakfast with everything you need to get you going in the morning. The pool area on the top floor is a beautiful place to relax. I felt very safe and secure in the hotel, as well.

I was in the city for an educational event and spent the whole week in the middle of a heat wave. I was very welcome to all staff, and I could modernize with wifi on a single network (each location is a network, although it is the same password), put smart TV and taken close to bed. Location very good in the center, because it has shops and restaurants nearby and it is also easy to locomote from Uber through the city. It is just a few quarters from a municipal and shopping market, as well as several stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and also the famous Hot Dogs - Mek Japa is 1 quarter, known in the city because it has gone up to the Fantastic with its 1kg hot dog. The room was very good, but I asked Ifood and Zé Delivery and it worked well. I liked it very much and I would come back!

Minha estadia no Ipê Center Hotel foi muito agradável, especialmente por causa do excelente café da manhã, que realmente superou minhas expectativas. A variedade e a qualidade dos itens oferecidos são de alto nível, o que tornou o meu desjejum muito especial. A localização do hotel também é um ponto positivo, facilitando o acesso a vários pontos da cidade. O banheiro do quarto merece destaque pelo tamanho, proporcionando um bom conforto, com a ducha merecendo destaque. No entanto, achei que o tamanho da cama poderia ser melhorado. A cama tem as dimensões tradicionais de 188cm de comprimento por 138cm de largura, o que pode não ser ideal para pessoas mais altas ou que precisam de mais espaço para dormir. Além disso, apenas dois travesseiros foram disponibilizados, o que para mim não foi suficiente para garantir uma noite de sono totalmente confortável. No geral, é um bom hotel, onde o Custo x Beneficio vele muito a pena

No quarto e na recepção não tem nada de surpreendente do padrão Ibis budget. O que me surpreendeu apenas foi a qualidade do café da manhã e o pronto atendimento de reposição da cozinha. Sobre o quarto recomendo pedir para ficar nos ”fundos” no hotel pois ele é localizado na frente da Rodovia de acesso a cidade e as da redondeza. Estacionamento amplo porém com o hotel cheio pode ter dificuldade de conseguir vaga. Exatamente do outro lado da rodovia tem o Ibis Styles, não recordo de ter buscado por ele mas fica a dica.
