I am very satisfied with this stay. The hotel's luxury studio suite pre-sale package is very suitable. Before booking the hotel, I repeatedly studied and compared many hotels of the same type, and finally chose this one. Service: The hotel's service is very good. Ruonan at the front desk is very considerate and professional, and she also upgraded the room type for us for free. The orientation of the room is the issue I am most concerned about when booking. I saw comments before that some will face the construction site, so I called many times to confirm, and also contacted the hotel staff Liu Peng through Ctrip to ask him to help me note the orientation of the room. In the end, the view is perfect. The front desk chose a room facing the pool and the sea for us. Not only is the view good, but the room area has also been upgraded to a larger boutique studio suite. The front desk told me that unless the room is full, guests will not be arranged to the room on the construction site side under normal circumstances. If you are not assured, you can also make a note or contact the front desk by phone after booking. In fact, the construction site side is not bad for the hotel because the project next to it is unfinished, and the hotel is also a victim😂. When you walk in the hotel, all the staff including the cleaning staff will greet you warmly. When you eat breakfast, there will be a leader standing at the door to greet the guests and arrange for the waiter to guide you. Thank you very much to the cleaning staff in charge of room A333. Not only did they fold the clothes on the bed for us, but they also kept the hygiene very clean. When they saw that we drank more tea and water, they left us eight bottles of drinking water the next day. The hotel not only provided free water and hangers, but also provided free tea sets and bathtub sets. Such service really makes people feel comfortable.  Breakfast: Breakfast is a highlight. In hotels of the same price, the types of breakfast are very rich, and there will be local snacks. During our stay, we caught up with March 3 and could taste Hainan's special rice wine. The most important thing is that not only are the types rich, but each one is delicious. The stewed bean curd is very authentic, and the egg stall also provides unlimited Benedict eggs, which is very labor-intensive. There are also many types of desserts, each of which is exquisite.  Entertainment: There are many entertainment activities. It is a qualified resort hotel. There is a nightfall ceremony every night, where you can experience cocktails, boats, live performances and fire dance performances. The hotel's TV supports screen projection, and the public area has a large indoor amusement park and an outdoor amusement park, an adult swimming pool, a water park with a water slide, and a park. You can also rent paddle boards and glass boats in the swimming pool. In short, you won't be bored staying in the hotel every day. Beach: The hotel does not have its own beach. You need to cross a road through the forest to reach the public beach. This road is actually very close, but the hotel does not have its own wooden boardwalk. When we went there, it was under construction, so we could only temporarily cross the forest. It felt like an adventure. Haitang Bay itself is not suitable for swimming. You can only take a walk on the beach. There are fewer people and it is more primitive. Spa: There is a spa experience in the package, which feels very good. It is a Thai technician. The process is very professional, and he will not recommend you to do any other projects at all. He will not bother you again after the end. Afternoon tea: There are a lot of things in the self-service afternoon tea, and there are salty snacks. You can eat smoked salmon and Iberian ham, which is still worth it. Facilities: The hotel's facilities are very new, the decoration style is very natural, very comfortable and durable. The public area is very grand. The ceiling is very high, and there are no doors between the buildings, giving a feeling of being deep in nature. There is a basement for self-driving vehicles. The most commendable thing is that the hotel has a self-service laundry room without charging any fees. It is very convenient to wash clothes. There is a half-hour mode. You only need to throw the clothes in before breakfast and take them out after breakfast. The washing machine has been automatically set, so you don't have to worry about the laundry detergent. In general, I am very satisfied with this trip and will choose here next time.
