環境：很不錯，我們大家人10多個一致好評。之前住過好幾次隔壁的費爾蒙酒店，別墅就在酒店區域靠海的一側離沙灘步行五分鐘，比費爾蒙走路到沙灘都近。
服務：這一點必須實名錶揚 奢*海棠泳池別墅的管理團隊，全是特別友好的年輕朋友。每一位都是有趣的靈魂。從預訂酒店半夜跟Ada沅打電話有趣的溝通，到入住後小橙子對我家小孩長者無微不至的關心。讓我和我的家人感受到了真正意義上的賓至如歸。

和長者孩子一起住了五晚！非常滿意，非常驚喜，住起來很舒服，像是在家裡一樣，離着市場也非常近，我們自己做飯吃。廚具齊全。管家也非常熱情，服務非常到位。細節做的也非常好，離海邊很近，出門就是海，還能電車接送。離着免税店，亞特蘭蒂斯也很近，環境也好，真的是不想回家，想一直住在那裡。這次沒有把孩子帶全，下次帶着所有孩子一起來，還住在這裏。長者也很滿意，也是説以後有機會還會來住。屋子的設計感很強，和圖片上一樣，很新，很超值。很好的一次體驗。

入住前老闆幫忙升級了房型，對房間的配套設施都很滿意。距離海邊很近直接步行就可以過去！因為入住的都是別墅區私密性都很好不過缺點就是到海邊需要刷卡建議可以多準備兩張卡畢竟入住的是別墅區出行人員有時候會分批次

這次出行一大家人，8個成人3個小朋友，住酒店不方便就住在這裏，環境還是挺好的，地理位置也可以，停兩台車也方便。第一天晚上空調壞了，早上管家馬上帶人來修理，後來換了六居更方便一點。衞生還是可以加強一下，別墅比較老，我先生還怕我住不慣。但是！但是！但是一大家子出來並且還有一位對飲食要求很高的長者，可以自己做飯，這就是最優選擇，沒有之一！推薦很多人一起入住，主打一個方便！海棠灣這邊整體配套不錯，想吃想喝的都有，離免税店也近，住了十天吧，還算滿意。
對了，有一天先生戒指找不到，然後問保潔阿姨，阿姨很負責任，把我們之前出行沒帶走的貴重物品都拍照然後標上房子號碼，拿照片問我是不是這個戒指，我瞬間心裏就有底了，這戒指不能丟，後來在樓下找到，這件小事讓我對這個酒店就非常的信任了，其他衞生問題都可以忽略不計了。
