If there is no car, it is really very, very inconvenient. 📍[For the convenience of the surroundings, I want to say] We came by self-driving, and parking fees are also required. The overnight fee is 20 yuan, four yuan for half an hour, and then another two yuan per hour. I paid 5.60 for the parking fee for two nights, because I have to drive out for dinner and so on. The villa as a whole is a bit old, the decoration style of the room is not bad, check-in is fast, but the room lacks maintenance, it feels a bit in disrepair, the plug under the sofa is broken, some lights in the swimming pool yard are broken, and it is a little dark at night , I asked the butler to say that the line was short-circuited and it was cut off. I was a bit speechless. The bed linen was considered a hotel level. I'm sorry for the price and the specifications of the villa. The sanitary cleaning was not serious enough. The sofa set was dirty. I hope the store can improve it. The two butlers, a handsome guy and a beautiful lady, have a good service attitude and are active and enthusiastic. If the hardware is improved, I will look forward to my next stay.

總共訂了三晚，第二天就發生施工噪音問題，管家態度衹有推脱，讓遊客把門窗關起來躲房間不給換房，帶長者孩子去度假的，結果休息都沒法休息，商家無法溝通最後還是旅文局出面才和平處理換房問題，管家承諾的服務無法履行，服務態度生硬，每天沒有保潔打掃，要自己倒垃圾，簡直是花錢找不痛快的，服務從不主動，泳池水是渾濁的，提半個月訂的，一再要求給件乾淨的房間，結果房間情況自己看吧，總之好壞一回頭，度假還是找正規星級酒店吧，基本的環境安靜和房間清潔都得不到保證更別説舒適和安心了，入住請三思。

不太推薦，房子不是新房，雖然照片上的是實際拍攝的，但是你進到屋子之後就明顯能看到房子維護的非常差：空調滴水，美縫都是黑的，廚房枱麪凹陷，樓梯木板發潮，打掃也不乾淨廁所裏面還有之前客人的襪子，頭髮，地面他們拖了但是看起來還是臟（可能拖把就不乾淨），地毯也很臟，洗衣機也比較臟第一次洗了白衣服反而越洗越臟，我們也還要再單獨洗一次洗衣機。 泳池的過濾器不能開（説是之前房東切段電源了），所以就是一灘死水在裏面。 進到別墅就有聞到很大的煙味。 我們有兩個小孩（不到1歲和兩歲半），所以對味道和清潔度也比較敏感，不過我覺得就算你們沒孩子，看照片和實際進到屋子的感受肯定會有比較大的落差。 管家也不太通融延遲退房，我們因為孩子前晚睡的晚想申請晚一兩個小時退房，然後管家找藉口説後面有人訂了，但是平台上其實後面7個月都沒人訂他們屋子。 不過管家之前有幫忙拿快遞（寄了小孩的尿不濕），還有整體溝通還是不錯的。

沒拍房間 但是性價比真的超級高 每户都有自己的私人泳池 管家溝通交流也很及時靠譜 點外賣很方便 除了點不到星巴克其他都很好 直接送到家門口 冷氣效果也很不錯 基本沒被蚊蟲叮咬過 房東會提醒關窗這些 下次去還要住這裏

這座別墅真是讓人驚歎不已！從設計到裝修，每一個細節都充滿了品味和品質。住在裏面就像置身於一個私人院子，讓人感到無比舒適和享受。別墅的地理位置也非常好，周圍環境優美，離市區也不遠，非常適合度假或長期居住。是一座非常棒的別墅。管家也是隨叫隨到的，從燈壞了到游泳池放水，3分鐘之內隨叫隨到，真的很方便。
