Delightful hotel with wonderful modern reno to a charming older frontage. Room was large with great bedding and bathroom amenities. Breakfast included was good, although those robotic toasters are always a fail! A delightful find was delicate tea cups and caucers and individual teapots for this devoted tea drinker. Great location for walking in central part of city and nearby districts. My room had no view but was quiet and had plenty of natural light if desired. Thoroughly recommended.

Pros: - Huge comfortable bed and modern room - Excellent and friendly service - Very good breakfast in a beautiful room - Nice building in a cool part of town and not too far from the airport Cons: - Although our room was on the 6th floor, it was very noisy because there is an open atrium which means all the noise from the lobby echos upwards. This is such a shame because the room was otherwise great but there is not much that can be done about it unless the architecture is changed!

The hotel was fabulous and the deco was very stylish. We had a great room which was very spacious, comfy bed and lovely bathroom which had an excellent shower. The hotel had a rooftop restaurant and bar which was a lovely spot for drinks and dinner. Breakfast and the service were spot on too. The hotel is centrally located close to Santa Lucia hill which provides great views of the city. There is also a cool neighbourhood close by which has lots of fab places to eat and drink.

A Beautiful unique boutique hotel nestled in downtown Santiago. Extremely helpful and friendly staff with a beautiful rooftop bar. We would definetly recommend this jewel!

Beautifully appointed modern hotel in an old mansion. A great combination of new and old architecture. Easy accessibility to many sites in Santiago. The staff are very friend. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. But the roof-deck bar, with it's food and drink selection, service and views, is worth the price of your stay.

The Magnolia is a charming looking boutique hotel in a good location. However the hotel's aim to be stylish and chic is, to some extent, at the cost of practicality. We had a reasonable size room but the lighting was terrible, no USB ports, only a few hangers, a shower set up which sprayed the rest of the bathroom, sink stopper didn't work, no info in the room about the hotel and one working channel on the TV! Check in not very welcoming. The rest of the staff were great and the Terrace restaurant was lovely. So, some good some bad.

Perfectly normal located in downtown! Front desk and reception staff were very kind and ready to give advice. The concierge hired for us two great tours on a very short notice! We highly recommend this hotel!
