The woman at check-in was cold.
The room was average size, but there was trash and hair on the floor so it didn't feel very clean.
The bus stop was nearby and it was about a 30-minute walk to the beach, so it was pretty convenient.

It is suitable for children, very close to the pedestrian street, close to the sea, parking lot, and car rental service. However, there is no free shuttle at the airport, and there is no charge. This is obviously inconsistent with the hotel introduction. When I started booking the hotel, I chose to shuttle, because of this problem, some plans were disrupted.

Staff super helpful from start, room nice and clean, location is great (walking distance from SM pier)… the wifi provided for free is enough for what you have to do on a regular day (option to upgrade to fast for a fee) valet parking available for $45 a day ( the area charges around $30 per day for public parking, so its a good deal as you can go in an out as many times as you can)

The room is relatively large, with twin beds, each bed is 1.5 meters. The room decoration, lamps and bedding are more elegant. Go out to the right, turn left at the intersection for about 50 meters and you will arrive at Santa Monica Beach. The hotel is in a relatively central location with many restaurants. Hotel parking is more expensive, it costs 55 knives. But there is a public parking lot on the street behind, 15 dollars for 24 hours, 20 dollars on Saturday and Sunday. The second picture is the entrance of the parking lot.

Opposite the road is the beach and the sea, the service is thoughtful and thoughtful, the housekeeper found that we have a lot of fruit in the process of moving luggage, and specially moved a mini refrigerator for us. Very close to the beach, 10 minutes walk
Tips: The hotel may be gradually renovating, we stayed in the room with the brown door, it was very old, even the floor sloped badly. When I checked out, I passed the room with the blue door and saw that it was very new inside. (In fact, the price is the same, depending on your luck when you check in).
In addition, the sound insulation of the hotel is poor and it is on the street, so it is recommended that you prepare earplugs so as not to affect your sleep.

ZZHENYONGThe location is very good, going out is the beach. Service attitude is generally friendly. You can ask the room for slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush and hot water. The room is very new, there is a shower room and the bed is not bad. Recommended room breakfast, very good, the uncle of the meal is very humorous. Feeling partial business, not too diligent service, but as long as you ask, will respond quickly.

BBoriykhonThe location of the hotel is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the Santa Monica Pier and 2 minutes to the beach. There's also a Starbucks only 5 minutes away. The shared balcony offers a stunning view of the beach and the promenade, which was one of the highlights of our stay.
The building itself is two stories, and while the rooms were clean, they were quite small. The beds were also small, despite the description stating that the room could accommodate up to four people and that the bed was double-sized. Unfortunately, the bed was too small, and one of us had to sleep on the floor.
The price was very high, but I assume that’s because of the prime location. Despite these drawbacks, it’s worth staying here for the convenience and cleanliness. The receptionist was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early at 12:30 PM, even though check-in officially started at 3:00 PM, which we really appreciated.

LLisa DesmondThe most caring people I have ever encountered. Upon arrival from AUS at 8.30 am my phone battery was flat and my bank travel Mastercard card wasn’t working so I was unable to pay the taxi driver. I was travelling solo and hadn’t slept in 36 hours so I was stressed and barely lucid when I walked in to the hotel. Lucia at front desk took care of things for me. We got my phone working, got the cab driver paid then she called house keeping and organised a room to be cleaned ASAP so I could check in early. I was in my room in bed by 10am thanks to her.
After a lovely afternoon out and about, the next morning I woke up vomiting and running a fever. They don’t have room service so the front desk staff brought anti-nausea ***** and water up to my room within 3 minutes of me calling. They offered to phone and check in on me throughout the day as they knew I was travelling alone. The next morning when I checked out at 5.30am to get to LAX I got in my Uber and as it was about to leave the woman on front desk came running out, stopped us from leaving and said to me “you said your Uber’s a Nissan, this isn’t a Nissan, you should get out of the car”. It turned out a previous guest had taken my Uber. Once we realised this, the driver of the Uber I was in would not take me, told me to leave his vehicle and get my bags out of his car. As I had a plane to catch and was worried I would miss it, the same front desk lady rang me a cab which arrived in minutes. If you are a solo traveller STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. To top it all off Lucia didn’t charge me for early check in;
she said given how stressful getting there had been, it was the least she could do to help. Gifts from God and great beds to boot!

TTIANRUNWhen setting the navigation, you should set it according to the address. By name, the first guide is wrong. It leads to the Santa Monica City Hall. The actual two places are far away. Living here is the next day, half an hour by plane from the airport. It is not far from the beach and the Getty Center. The hotel is really expensive, the room is small, the facilities are average, there are mosquitoes, breakfast and other such breakfasts of Inn, Motel are almost the same, ok. The place to eat breakfast is small. The hotels in Santa Monica are very expensive. This parking is free of charge and is suitable for self-driving.
