We had a great stay at this hotel. The host was accommodating regarding our uncertain arrival time. Room's was spacious and ome even have balcony.
Free coffee and snacks.
Great location downtown in "modern" assisi.

Great location close to everything, within walking distance of Santa Maria degli Angeli basilica, restaurants and to Assisi train station. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Overall an excellent value and a great place to stay. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Clean, comfortable room located within walking distance of St. Mary of the Angeles basilica and many good restaurants. Walkable to Assisi train station and bus service to old Assisi city. Very friendly staff. An excellent value and a great place to stay during a visit to this historic city and area!

Mr. Carlo let us check in early and was very kind. He gave us excellent advice on how to best visit Assisi and we had a very pleasant weekend. The apartment is very nice and clean and there is air conditioning. The bathroom is a little small, but overall everything is perfect. A stone's throw from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli and the bus stop that takes you to Assisi. The best! We will be back for sure! Thank you

Very nice place, comfortable room with a view of the Basilica. Perfect location, close to the station and bus stop. The owners are super helpful. I would definitely recommend it without a doubt.
