I have visited this resort many times and will likely visit again only because of KIKi and the wonderful staff. The Hotel has undergone some upper management changes with management that does not quite understand why people visit a beach resort. I have seen personnel changes that seem completely contradictory to guest satisfaction and a noticeable missing element of the Diamond Club Level of service that is offered at a elevated price. The problem is that the Hotel always seems to be missing some of the most simple things that make the Diamond Club experience incomplete. One example, Tonic water, they are always out of tonic water so if you pay for Diamond Club and your drink is Gin & Tonic , your out of luck. The other issue is the beach bar “ el ranchon” is missing fundamental elements and often closes early even in the warmer months with extended daylight, it’s a Beach Resort, that’s why people visit. I posted photos of the lobby bar and the beach bar for example.

Quiet hotel surrounded by beautiful nature and a reef right on the hotel beach.
Family atmosphere.

The Hotel is great, good service, good treatment and good food, I would book again without thinking about it, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool is beautiful, in short, a good option !!!

The site of the hotel is magnificent with the coral reef nearby, my only downside is the great use of disposable plastic glasses on this exceptional natural site.

The theme of Cuba in hotels is the service of the food at the buffet table, you have to be demanding that they serve you because they hardly give you meat… all restricted, that reduces the quality of the service…. Well, it is well prepared and there is quality, but not its quality and variety.
