Booked this place for 2 nights, total including breakfast £119. I was just out of hospital in Portugal having operation for stomach cancer. Before flight home to England. Put me and my son in horrible room small window facing a wall. Complained so changed room. I had medication from hospital that needed to be kept cold,. The fridge in the room did not work, ask for replacement fridge, which arrived next day,. Not kettle for making tea/coffee, very basic room Sorry we didn't book better hotel in area for cheaper price When checking out, reception staff charge me for , water and bedroom tax, I said I haven't had any water, and Agoda price of £118 was total. No extra to pay. Staff insisted I had to pay, I was in so much pain still with operation for cancer, I just paid extra rippoff charge they ask for I only way I can get some Solis on this hotel is to warn people to avoid this place like the plaig and not to book here. The pictures look lovely, but trust me not the same when you arrive there (scam). Left a bitter taste with me. Horrible old staff, just want your money and not polite about it.
