Hotel location is good, 2 swimming pools. Breakfast is a simple continental breakfast. There is no problem with full food. The equipment of the hotel belongs to the old America, everything is old American furniture, clean and clean. Barbara is a non-smoking city. If you want to smoke, you can't be in the hotel garden. To walk to the back of the hotel, I remember parking at the hotel seems to be 30 USD / night VALET PARKING is convenient. Drive. Ride in the hotel's blue bicycle town. Remember to get a bicycle lock when you pick up the bicycle. In addition, I would like to say that I am not satisfied with the booking service provided by Ctrip this time. 1- Ctrip's price shows that all tax-included prices are 1,000 cheaper than Booking and other website prices. So I chose Ctrip after comparison. But When I left this hotel, the hotel paid a city tax and two other items such as miscellaneous charges on the bill. I think there is a suspicion that Ctrip does not add these two items in order to show low prices. .Other booking sites have clearly written that Santa Barbara has a city tax, but Ctrip, hey. I just want to use this word to describe it. The experience is very bad. 2- I booked a double bed and arrived at the hotel. Hotel Gave me a family room. This made me very annoyed, so I went back to the front desk to ask what was going on. After the front desk inquiry, the front desk said that someone had assigned me a room type in advance. But the order was indeed a 2 bed room. Anyway The front desk waited for 20 minutes to be allocated a twin room.

The hotel is very good, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is very delicious, there is a special special offer, the hotel is on the beach, the beach is just a street away, the beach is beautiful. Parking service is also very good, but if you want to park in the hotel, you can only valet parking, you need to spend 32USD, the orange ticket given by the waiter must be collected, you must have a small ticket to pick up the car, when you go, it is recommended A 10USD tip for the valet parking attendant. The service quality of the waiter is also very good, very friendly to the children, and the children are very happy to play. I recommend everyone to go to Santa Barbara to stay at this hotel, praise! ! !

We stayed here for 2 nights during Christmas time. The location and price was right. It is walking distance to the beach and warf. The room was clean but very small. We are a family of three and it was a tight fit. We didn't spend much time in the room though so it was fine. Since we came for Christmas we took the self driving holiday light tour. It was amazing! Highly recommended. The warf and boat tour was nice to catch the sunset.

Santa Barbara is a very good choice, next to the 101 high speed. There is a street outside the hotel that is full of boutique clothing stores, it is worth visiting, and there are several restaurants around it. It’s only 5 minutes walk from the beach, with lush vegetation at the Four Seasons Hotel and Coral Casino.

There is a block across the beach, the room is relatively simple, the parking lot is on a piece of land on the side, and the room has shoes in other rooms on the first floor of the corridor. Surprise is the simple breakfast snack, the fruit has fresh strawberry and blueberry granules, the ice juice box, and the juice drink at the front desk is very good.

Hotel Indigo is a quaint boutique hotel with both modern and traditional Santa Barbara touches. Its location couldn’t be more convenient, just a half block south of the train station on State Street. It’s a short walk to the beach in one direction and downtown in the other. From the moment I stepped into the fresh, bright, modern lobby I was greeted with warm smiles. There couldn’t have been a more welcoming introduction to my stay here. The staff was consistently available, professional, and friendly, ready with a sincere greeting every time I came and went. COVID precautions are taken seriously here and it was clear a lot of thought went into guest safety and comfort. My room was on the first floor with a private patio. The room makes the most of its small size with a clean, simple, minimalistic layout. Bright white walls expand the space while beautiful wood grain flooring and exposed brick on the patio side give it a historic feel befitting its location. The TV and air conditioning unit, both wall mounted, help keep the limited space open and uncluttered. The single closet/dresser/coffeemaker unit (a Keurig!) does likewise. Still, there was plenty of workspace with a large glass-topped desk and numerous outlets. A white noise generator was a pleasant surprise although the hotel was very quiet during my stay and it wasn’t really needed. The occasional train was not a bother. The European style bathroom is quite small as expected. The adjustable handheld shower is a delight. The highlight was the patio, large and well appointed with a wicker table and two cushioned chairs, surrounded by greenery and dark woods. What a delightful setting it was for coffee in the morning and late night snacks. I look forward to returning here in a few months. This property is truly a gem.
